Grab the mod from here, there are no viruses relax bro: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1s1keHym97iB1DUxIzhZBoVjBKJrwmXZI/view?usp=sharing

if you dont want the frontier, try this mod instead of MMM for the time being, Standalone Cars: https://rpghq.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2142-fixed-standalone-frontier-cars-reupload-6-55-fallout-new-vegas#downloads

Plugins:
Mad Max Mojave.ESP: Adds 3 drivable vehicles (Road Rampager, Delivery Van, & Old Car) & a few ridable shaggy bighorners around the map.ο»Ώ All (except the bighorners) must be earned. The video goes into more detail about where you can find them & how to acquire them. Still requires Fallout – The Frontier & NV Animated Garage Doors by AmaccurzerO.

Mad Max Mojave Lootable Wreckage.ESP: Makes most vehicle wreckage lootable, hand places several gas cans around the Mojave in fitting places, & places a few wrecked gas tank trucks across the map that you can siphon gasoline from. This plugin is standalone & doesn’t require the rest of MMM’s plugins. Still requires Fallout – The Frontier.

Mad Max Mojave Rudy’s Autos.ESP: Adds the Rudy’s Autos shop from the Frontier into the Mojave. It’s located within the gas station near the Repconn Headquarters. There you can buy a few cars, buy scrap, & gasoline. This plugin is standalone & doesn’t require the rest of MMM’s plugins. Still requires Fallout – The Frontier.

Mad Max Mojave Hostile Vehicle Spawns.ESP: Hand places 50 randomized spawn points across the map’s roads that respawn Fiend vehicles that you can encounter & fight. They will only begin to spawn after you upgrade the Road Rampager by installing the MG Turret onto it from Rudy’s Autos. Simply park your Rampager under the gas station’s hut or roof on the outside, then head inside and ask Rudy to upgrade it for you. Choose the MG Turret upgrade which costs 1200 caps. After you do that, the Fiend vehicles will begin to spawn. This plugin requires Mad Max Mojave.ESP & Mad Max Mojave Rudy’s Autos.ESP. Still requires Fallout – The Frontier.

Mad Max Mojave Friendly Vehicles & Novac Shop.ESP: Adds a new (voiced) vendor called Colin inside the Novac gas station. There you can buy a few cars, buy scrap, & gasoline. It also adds some Gun Runner Vans & Wastelander Buggies driving along the Mojave’s roads. This plugin requires Mad Max Mojave.ESP. Still requires Fallout – The Frontier.

The Frontier – Bonus Cars.ESP: Adds 2 more vehicles to the game that you must earn or repair to then drive. Requires VoxelVarmint’s original mod The Frontier Bonus Cars – Taxi – De-Luxe V8 – Corvega. This plugin should replace the original mod’s plugins.

DrivableCopCar.ESP: Adds 1 more vehicle to the game that you must repair to then drive. Requires Jamar1978’s original mod Drivable Nevada Highway Patrol Car. This plugin should replace the original mod’s plugins.

Requirements:
1st & foremost: ο»ΏFallout – The Frontier, grab the main mod & the hotfix.
2nd: NV Animated Garage Doors
3rd: The Frontier Bonus Cars – Taxi – De-Luxe V8 – Corvega
4th: Drivable Nevada Highway Patrol Car

Timestamps & mod links will be available within 24 hours of the video’s initial release. I test out the mods & expose any issues that they may come with IF they were INSTALLED CORRECTLY. But I’m in way a fully competent or experienced modder, there may be issues within Mad Max Mojave that I don’t know about. I will only state issues with the mod that originate from the mod itself being at fault. If you’re having issues I don’t explicitly mention in the video, most likely you neglected to read the mod page description, posts, bugs, or requirements sections. If instructions aren’t present on the mod page, I would mention them in the video. The mods I showcase are USUALLY SAFE & would never crash or destroy your game UNLESS you have INCOMPATABILITIES.

  1. Bloody legendary. I been wanting something like this. While I may be burnt out on NV for now (currently doin rdr2 play throughs… guess I have a thing for the lawless west lol.) but I am def gonna use this for when I build my mod build. Cheers, you and all the modders of NV do amazing things!

  2. I think the next fallout could bring vehicles into the game. But I think with 3 & 4 I think cars would be detrimental. I think people should find new means to travel like having domesticated animals or use Brahmin carriage.

  3. Ah yeah! This is happenin'! Glad to be on-board, Mutant Mods! I'm indeed looking forward to getting all of these things working in tip-top shape with the project I handle, as well. September is gonna be one super busy month, heh.

Right on, so, first things first! I've notably been on a little vacation the past few months. Tried a few different games and scenes, poked around at some different mods, and thankfully, you've really jumpstarted my jets on getting things back in gear in the Mojave Wasteland and beyond! There's lots of inspiration here, and I'm glad to work with you on it!

Second things, I'm so glad someone else knows how much of a hot thing Ethanol and other Biofuels can be. May require adjustments to some fuel systems (those fuels literally run hotter than regular gasoline!), but they are VERY MUCH renewable. And I agree on using them WAY MORE than trying to rely on the Fusion Battery stuff. Batteries are finite, and Biofuel you can make lots more of. Like they say, "Does a Yao Guai (take a dump) in the woods? Yeah? Go on, then, make some fuel from it!"

Thirdly, I'm very glad you've looked into Rudy's Autos, and Colin as well, as I've been wondering myself how to get more vendor things going on related to vehicles. The vendor(s) in another older version once maintained by a certain Zom (and passed around later on by a certain Raven) is kinda chump-change even under my management (which, for the record, Zom kindly let me have at managing it after we weren't sure how to handle the Bonus Cars in his builds, which I'm glad you've touched on here as well! I hope Zom's still doin' well, too…). Having lore-friendly ways to get into these cars, though, this is super sweet!

Fourthly, I also got heaps of other updates coming along to the ModPack you mentioned as well. There are indeed plans for compatibility with all the things in your selection here, and, if it all comes together proper, a merged version can be done wherever and with whatever possible.

Fifth, and most importantly, I'm glad to see the community coming together in this way. Modding and creating stuff for games should be about having fun making new stuff, cleverly improving old stuff, and fostering good community relationships by sharing ideas and helping each other out. We can get goofy with it from time to time, but good community, good ideas and good fun, that's the important thing here.

I gotta get to work on a couple of quick "Real World" things first, deadline is early September there, but once I get that sorted, I can get to working on making all of this come together!

Thank you, all of you! Let's make this happen!

  4. Great work , i think you should try to add cars to rangers and legion assassins too to balance the game (( so if you're marked for death they would attack you with their high tier cars ))

  5. So some criticism is that saying the boomers and people of novac don't give you anything, is kinda not true. The boomers fly in at the end of the game durring the battle of Hoover dam to clear out a large number of legion soldiers and once you find a new sheriff for the town, they point you in the direction of the next quest marker for finding Benny.

  6. I saw a mod that adds the horses from oblivion into new vegas. unfortunately it's not very polished which sucks since i wanted to make a RDR inspired mod list

hopefully horses will come to the Mojave some day

  7. Bighorners shouldnt be irrelevant. If theyre anything like Skyrim horses theyd be perfect for negotiating rocky or mountainous terrain. Simply adding the ability to jump if its not there already would suffice.

Roving gangs of Bighorner Banditos would be sick as hell too.
