  1. This is the kind of channel that says you can clean your teeth with an electric drill and a sponge and the viewers will try it and describe everything as “wholesome” or send “thoughts and prayers”

  2. I know which accident he's talking about. it wasn't a roller coaster it was overhead cycling lift, and someone caught the passenger. they only felt like 20 ft and they were okay. nobody died and it wasn't a big deal

  3. theme park accidents are 1 in 24 mil chance and theme park deaths are 1 in 750 mil. youre fine. car crashes are way more likely

rides are checked and tested IN FULL every day, likely multiple times. went to thorpe a couple weeks ago and they were testing the coasters for about half an hour before opening. most coasters have 2-4 trains and can process hundreds, if not thousands of riders per hour, plus will not move if faults are detected. when the smiler crash happened (and i urge you to do your research if youre curious about this as it was NOT a fault of the coaster, it was the fault of the operators), several coasters across the uk were closed as they were all made by gerstlauer and they wanted to check for faults in every coaster. shit like this isnt common which is why media outlets go crazy when a coaster. literally just stops or has to close for any reason

  4. I dont trust any ride. Im a mechanical engineer i know the maintenance on rides are terrible. The people arent qualified and dont care, only after a tragedy do parks take inspections seriously.

  5. Restraints don’t malfunction. They’re locked in place. If there is a malfunction with the system that just makes it unable to open through the computer and will be forced to be opened manually. Don’t think you know how that works
