  1. yo if this is the same aladdin game im thinking of i owned this back when i had a super nintendo as a kid the nostalgia man holy shit side note this game if i remember correctly was very difficult as a kid for me

Fun fact: the reason these older disney games tend to have a famously difficult level in them (eg the monkey level in the lion king, etc) is because of video rental stores transitioning into video game rentals. Disney initially was very reluctant to allow their games to be rented for fear it would impact sales because if you can beat a game during the rental period, you're probably not going to bother buying it. So disney had delevopers introduce a difficulty curb where at a certain point the game (typically 3rd or 4th level) would become really difficult. This was to make it less likely for people to progress beyond that level during the time they had it rented for and they'd probably want to purchase it; perhaps just out of sheer seething rage alone.

  3. OMG! I love this series idea- I remember (and it still haunts me til this very day) that I could NEVER beat the 'blue catwalk challenge' in Imagine Fashion Designer for DS…. it was IMPOSSIBLE
