It's so sad that Shining Dragon is in this format but Ultimate isn't, this is like the one format in existence where you could realistically actually make SD work in a more casual match 😭

It would be awesome if you build a deck around the card Level Up!. I build one myself, and it's very fun, I use shining Angel to get Silent Swordsman LV3 at the end of your opponent's battle face and in your turn it became LV5 you only need to have it in your Stand phase. I also use Horus and royal decree. So basically if you get out your lv7 or lv8 and decree you only need to worry about monsters.

Blue Eyes with Skill Drain is pretty funny since Paladin works under Skill Drain
