I came across a video of ghost footage that really spooked the hell out of me, not just the footage itself, but everything about it. This video was so chilling that it left me feeling “Watched” , but it was also so frightening that I decided to share it. I hope you all get as scared as I did when you watch it.

I had sleep paralysis before multiple times & this one time I felt something on top of me & I tried to move my mouth to say Jesus & I felt a hand over my mouth like it was trying to silence me from saying it. So I started saying it in my mind & I could slowly start to feel the hand on my mouth move & I could speak & when I said Jesus name as loud as I could whatever was on top of me flew off me & I could move again. So now whenever I have sleep paralysis I say Jesus name & I can instantly start moving, sometimes I have to put up a fight to say it.
