This is what the Irish Draughts are Made For ! Covering Flooded Fields on 5yo Horse | Equestrian

Heavy rainfall for the last couple of days has meant the rivers have burst their banks and flooded the surrounding fields. Tonic, my 17’2H Irish Draught, does not seem to be put off by the bog though!

  2. Well Done Tonic πŸ€©πŸ†! My heart was in my mouth during this entire ride with the bogs, mud, and other horses at a fast pace. Just love your ongoing praise and verbal cues πŸ˜πŸ’˜ for this good boy 🐎

  3. Tonic is a tonic. But got to say I’ve a sweet spot for you too Monty. Great subtle riding skill you have. Got to say the fences today were bloody tricky. Well ridden and I’m off to watch you the farmers bloodhounds at Clarksons. I had five seasons with the Heythrop and watching you gives me goosebumps.

  4. Thank you for explaining the second horses, I know it may seem obvious to some but I like learning about things. I have never hunted but always loved watching videos of our hunting. I love watching your videos and like you I adore Tonic! You have a lovely partnership and I love hearing you talk to him and love the fact you appreciate him so much and you both enjoy doing things together.
Look forward to your next adventure together 😊
