Throughout 2023 I’ve been watching WWE asking myself, when was the last time WWE was this consistently good across the board? And today I present to you the answer, and 10 definitive reasons why.
From the quality of the top babyface and top heel combo, to use of mainstream stars in meaningful spots, to success of PLE’s, no more awfully cringe angles/segments/storylines, and MORE!

Defo agree… Stopped watching around 2014 but decided to give it a try again and it is not disappointing
WWE since July 2022 up till right now have made me the most engaged in WWE since my childhood up till my late teens WWE has been really excellent I’m so excited for the future of the WWE
All I could hear was BIG W for PAPA HUNTER!
If HHH was in charge of the Nexus can you imagine how much better of a group they would have been
Watching this video I will have to say your right m. Wwe has got to the point I think I might watching heavily on YouTube now. At first I was just seeing what’s going on on instagram
Honestly backlash felt like a big 4 ppv
If Roman Reigns have lost against Cody that would be the best WWE's years since 2000.
Funny how I just saw a video where fans are still bitching about Naomi's interview and how "WWE's lost" along with Mercedes aka "Sasha Banks" being in Japan. They don't seem to miss either one of them if you ask me, and business is thriving!
randy cena rivalry 2009 ish-2014
Honestly i didnt know half of this stuff happend
Still the weeklies now are bad. PLEs are much better from the last 15 years period.
Cena and orton were the combo back then
Since the day I watched SummerSlam 2022 with some friends on Discord in VC, I realized WWE was so much different than what it was a few years ago. And no shit, it was Triple H's first PLE.
Then I had the idea to invite some irl friends to my house to watch Crown Jewel (as im from Spain, the timezone made it easier). They were invested as hell and they never watched any wrestling before that. They were specially invested in the main event.
I also watched both nights of WrestleMania with my boyfriend, and he became a fan of it, because of how well executed lots of WWE recent decisions are being.
Overall, WWE is killing it, it's far easier to get new fans into the product, and that's something that, even in 2016, was pretty hard.
The fact I've never been into WWE as much as I do now says a lot. I feel like a kid again
The roster is excellent, good stories,
good characters, 5 star matches, the online discourse and everything. It's amazing
2022 and 2023 are the two best years in WWE’s history in my opinion. And this is coming from a ruthless aggression era kid growing up
2018-2019 was so forgettable like nothing was noteworthy. Maybe part of the reason why Becky got over i guess coz the men's division was so bad
Fans stopped hijacking shows when AEW came around. 😅 the mark crowd went over there
😂😂😂😂😂
Not gonna lie , Crowds high jacking shows was really cool. The San Juan crowd turning on Bianca at Backlash was 🔥
Bobby Lashley, Austin Theory, & Gunther made the US & IC feel like its important.
I’ll say Wwe has come along way. I started watching WWE since I was five at 2009, I watch the show from 2009 to 2015 , then I went on a hiatus I rewatch it because the bracelet came back 2016 to 2017. That was mainly SmackDown. even though we’re in a different route, I would say we’re still technically we’re technically in the PG era the only gimmick pay-per-view’s that I even mind our money in the bank ,elimination chamber and extreme rules. Extreme rules is a cool name TBH, For money in the bank, there’s actually something that’s at stake is the money in the bank briefcase. And some of the paper views that they brought in 30 time like over the limits and breaking point how cool names they didn’t even need a gimmick the reason I even brought in the gimmick of you is because there pa pay per view by rate are down. So they have two reviews replacing them. If you wondered to why bragging rights existed they were gonna replace survivor series. With bragging rights but the company got backlash for the day just kept it.
From 2008 to 2014 those shows at least watchable, but there’s so badly right. A writer who who could’ve made the show better he was the Director for road to wrestlemania from SVRO9 to 11 the writting and there was way better when you got on TV. The store lines that were more interesting that he even make Jack swagger heatable heel and Rey Mysterio’s road to wrestlemania. The writer hewas rejected by Stephanie McMahon when just proposing a storyline John Cena and Zack Ryder, who were popular during the time. From memory the script was not not even garbage.
This company have came along way now I actually fill This is the right time to capitalize on the amount of money you’re getting. I know Triple H no what is the right thing to do ,but can do it ?
Seth Rollins cries pal
Tbf the crowds that hijacked the show and cheered for villains still exist Aew is their home now and I think that's a good thing cause I was tired of that stuff too
