The first set I got was the Miner's set, I didn't even see any videos with it before I got it.
These sets should have separate videos, to make them easier to find.
For number 4 there is an armor that prevents you from slipping/sliding while climbing.

If not mentioned for the 10th time already, there's a pair of rockets nearby the hole at Puffer Beach for the Phantom Helm.
Why is the skydiving set not on this list (the Glide set)? If you upgrade it twice, it makes you IMMUNE TO FALL DAMAGE. And considering how much more verticality is in this game compared to BOTW, that is some serious QOL right there.
The Glide set replaces the Climbing Set as the armor I'm wearing all of the time while generally exploring (unless I need a specific for a specific activity). Why? Because this game has devices and Skyview towers that giveyou a boost into the sky to paraglide, bounce, or fly to where you need to go. So, you don't need to climb nearly as much compared to BOTW, unless you just feel like doing it the slow way.
Besides, you cannot be 1-shooted from full health in this game. So if a 10-heart-dmg attack hits you while you have 4 hearts, you will live with a quarter heart left. That means it's actually most resource efficient to stay at low max health, since it costs you less healing items to heal to full health. Which means that all of your upgrades should go to stamina first before heart containers. Which means what climbing you still need to do can be easily handled without the Climbing set given how much stamina you should have.
And upgrading the Glide set is very easy. Just a few keese and aerocuda parts.
With the upgrade bonus on that set, you can hold R and crater at max speed from the highest point in the sky, through a chasm, and into the floor of the depths without taking damage.

Mystic set the definition of git gud
I'd suggest getting the Froggy Set before the climbing set and upgrading it to level 2 – it goes from "slip resistant" to "slip proof " and makes getting the Climber's Bandanna much easier. Also, the (unmentioned) Glide Set's two-star bonus is "Impact Proof" which isn't…really…necessary, but in a game that takes place in the sky as much as this one does where stamina/flight/being airborne are all concerns… I mean, it's also fun to base jump, j/s

The ancient hero set is a must get also. It is a pain to level it up to level 4 but once it is fully maxed out the defense on this armor is insane. with 84 defense fully maxed out you barely take any damage from all of the toughest enemies like Lynels and gleeox. Definitely a must have!

Looking at the Satori set, I feel it's far more broken than meets the eye. by it's self it's not bad but why i feel it is broken is because of def lv 3 potions/food. I fought high tier bosses with this only to lose just a quarter heart, so having just one piece of this and a def lv 3 buff, you can have a very versatile set base with a god level defense for up to 30 minutes
Fun fact: every lightroot's name is the name of the shrine it's connected to but backwards.
Eg. Ishodag shrine = Gadoshi lightroot
Climbing sets not that broken.
1 is 20% increase
2 is 40ish%
3 is 50% climb speed increase

I have more than 100,000 rupees. I want to use the mythic set, but I feel like it's cheese.
I must be doing something wrong. I have the same stamina as you in the video, made an absurd amount of elixirs but the golden horse does not tame no matter how long im on it
I am thrilled to hear they’ve addressed the slippery surface thing. Knee deep in BOTW you become a magical powerhouse and yet you are completely crippled by bad weather.
Probably best also to talk about the special buffs these armors get if any when upgraded to two stars
"No fighting at all" 😆 Beating the Yiga early in the game on the multiple stable missions to get the froggy set is quite a bit of very difficult fighting.
