As a fan of the games I really did love this first season of the show. The one thing they really nailed is balancing stuff that is different and added just for the show and also being faithful to the game to the point of pretty much pulling stuff word for word and shot for shot from the game.
Fun fact the fungus actually did make the jump to humans last year
I knew she was gonna die bc of the game but like she did such good acting that I thought they would change it up and keep her alive

As a massive fan of the games I can tell you that this show is one of the best adaptations I have ever seen. Even if you don’t continue to react to it, I definitely recommend you continue watching it on your own time.
this is either a great show to get over your fear or a really bad one because it could mess you up
