Francis sounds and looks like one of my former coworkers, who got fired. He should have been fired a long time ago. My coworker lied, cheated on his wife, treated his kids badly (his kids don’t talk to him), treated everyone badly, made others do his work, went home way early before his shift ended, made threats, yelled, acted violent, had explosive behavior over small things, tried to be in control, when he is not in management position, tries to head hunt, has just been put in jail (according to one of my other coworkers), etc. Francis is toxic, and so is my ex-coworker. Good riddance, Rick.
