I watched this episode as a kid when it aired back then at 3pm. People today are too sensitive and need to take a step back on a few things. This actually taught me the consequences of drinking and driving. I felt sad in the ending and was glad that they were alive and just acted.
If it wasn't a crazy concept for the show it was his teaching a lesson for us we were growing up to understand not to drink and drive when we get older that's the reason why it got banned is because these kids these days this generation just don't understand what we have to go through when we were growing up back then some of these cartoons that that were banned we're teaching us things that we needed to learn things that we needed to learn and to to work out in society at the same time but this but this generation does just doesn't understand that
Dang! But to be honest that type of show can teach kids good lessons, Especially the original stories from brothers Grimm. At least kids should learn to not drink and drive.
You aren't being accurate for I recall watching this episode several times and it was on vhs as well. You failed to mention that those three characters appear as actors in costumes after angel scene
