Start W and shield/heal through most poke. Q Max first. E max next if ahead, W max if behind.
Once you get your first dirk, you'll do plenty of damage. Just E in, stun, auto twice, Q again, auto twice. Prowler's will help you get insta E stuns, and make your damage even more ridiculous.

you could also try bork and frostfire for additional slows (build has low attack speed so maybe go attack speed boots)

Runes: leathal tempo, triumph, alacrity or tenacty, coup de grace.
If top take: manaflow band and transcendens.
If jungle take: celerity and waterwalking
Adaptive force and attack speed.
Start dorans ring and heal potion
Build: nashors tooth, then riftmaker, then tank items (thormail, frozen heart, spirit visage)
I find this to be very powerful.
Flash, ignite for top
Smite and ghost for jungle
I got that visual glitch you saw around 7:20 a few times recently
