I have Atemsis in my Tomorrow deck and it’s an absolute powerhouse. Have considered building around it as a Commander, but I already have too many mono blue decks 😛
I have been working on a rukarumel, biologist build with sorta the same plan but more unhinged. There's syrix, the carrier flame as a secret commander and I turn all my creatures into phoenixs so that I can ping people with stigma Lasher, atemsis, shocker and many other weird beasties.
0 counterspells or protection seems weird. Otherwise i like this deck
So I just bought this deck for $23 from my lgs. Not bad. Now to see if it plays well.
Update: I added some cards like Ivory Tower to add up the life gain!
