  4. I am thinking about moving to Spain next year and I have never been there before. Can you recommend the best coastal city in your experience to get an apartment rental in first to experience the best food, beaches and sights? Barcelona, Malaga or other?

  5. You ask a crazy question. No answer.
I stumbled upon Albaracín in June 2017 while on a back road trip from Cuenca to Valencia. Of the 40 countries I've visited, that town is in my top 10.

  6. Thank you for this video! In March, we stopped at Cuenca on the way from Valencia to Madrid, after seeing your video. Albarracín is on the new list! Some of our best meals in Spain were in the apartment/hotel room. Local hams, cheeses, breads, a bottle of wine; heaven.

  8. I've always wanted go to Albarracín as it looks so beautiful and I love Spain's rural villages. Unfortunately, it's really difficult to get there by public transit. Thanks for another great video, James! I love seeing more videos of other parts of Spain.

  9. I have seen so many videos of your channel. This is so far the best, alongside that in Málaga eating wonderful food. Congratulations!. España es impresionante; esto es algo que bien sabemos los españoles y, con videos como este, otras tantas personas. Sólo espero que el conocimiento más público aún de este lugar, no lo arruine en forma y en esencia. Respect for all these marvelloues historical villages.

  10. Wow….we were there just before the pandemic…..not sure about " the most beautiful town in Spain" label….lots of competition for that…..but well worth the visit as is the conducted tour of the castle….

  11. No sé si has hablado alguna vez de los temas raciales, siempre me ha sorprendido que un español en Usa no es considerado "white"…tienes alguna opinión sobre ello?, en New Zealand se piensa igual?

  12. Beautiful Albarracín. Just one thing, ajoblanco is not made with coconut milk never ever. Ajoblanco is made wih water, almonds, extra virgin olive oli, and a bit of garlic.
