  5. Let's remember that honey is a natural medicine and let's also think about all the NGO's that benefit from causing a problem and come running with a profitable solution. They come and offer farmers solutions to problems they didn't even know they had, then give them the reason they should agree. $$$ They want us to eat fake everything and pay top price to do so. So much they are already pushing fake 3D meat, rice and grains, cereals fruits and veggies, snacks drinks everything in our supermarkets!!!!. WHY ??????????? Cause and effect!

I can tell you for a fact that it is good for wounds I had a large wound that became infected antibiotics didn't work I was told by an old native woman to put manuka honey on it and cover it up for a few days and it was fully healed in a week so either it is antimicrobial or it's a case of the placebo effect.

  25. Manuka honey is worth the price, at least I think so, you don't have to get the really high value (%) kind, but I know that it helped me save my cat. We had a blizzard/ice storm that shut down the town, my cat had an inflamed wound on his back. I had some of the honey because I had seen a video about how an off grid family kept some around to treat their animals.
    I put it on him a couple of times a day, and he started to heal up.

    Since then, I've kept a jar around because of that.

    When my now tripod cat showed up with a horrible infection in his leg, my son and I took him to the emergency vet. When I was discussing his problem, I said I knew he needed more than my Hydrogen peroxide and Manuka honey to get better. The vet said that they buy the honey buy the bucketfuls since it worked so well to treat animals, and it wasn't as expensive as prescription medications.

    I have a jar of the higher value type that I bought when I noticed it had come down in price. Seeing this, I wish I had gotten more.
