The person in question had grabbed a camera, hoping to capture the beauty of the night sky.
As they gazed upwards, the camera’s lens focused on the celestial panorama, recording the subtle movements of the stars and planets against the backdrop of the cosmos.
Suddenly, a flash of light streaked across the sky, catching their attention.
The individual couldn’t explain what they were looking at, describing it as a luminous energy beam descending from the sky and striking the ground.

@ 3:36 you can tell it's a spot beam from the ground because it get's weaker as it goes up. The focal point is 4/5 of the way up the beam then it starts to get weak because it is spreading out. Sorry! Not project Blue Beam, Chinese Lasers, Aliens or GOD. Just a guy with an expensive Flash Light.
If it's a really photo the beam appears to be coming from the ground.
Spaceforce 101, I heard a commander telling a camera that there is no age restriction for working in the area of looking for threats from satellite targeting.
