They all said THIS is why SUPER FOOD is good, so we tried!

There are many super foods out there one of the most nutrient dense is a special berry called Goji. My audience said it goes amazing with steaks, today we try it and let you know now it really is.

  1. 0:28 Guga, i love seeing you making video with sous vide steaks. It really awesome. I have some request for you. This dish is from my region indonesia. Can you make beef rendang with sous vide method and without it? I want to see which one is better. You can do the research for the recipe from video you did with joshua and uncle roger previously. I SERIOUSLY WAITING FOR IT😊😊

  2. I tried adding these berries in any food I cook to help with my fatty liver and it's kinda work(my weight go up but my liver got less fat somehow😅). Just try not over do it or you will end up with salty dish that taste sweet and sour😅.

  3. Toothpaste please!
Some people might add toothpaste to steak as a part of a culinary experiment, believing that the minty freshness could add a unique flavor profile to the meat. The menthol in the toothpaste might be thought to complement the savory richness of the steak, creating an unexpected but intriguing taste sensation. Additionally, some enthusiasts might believe that the antibacterial properties of certain toothpaste ingredients could help in tenderizing or preserving the meat during the aging process.

  5. I’m gonna tell you my secret, that has lead to all my friends and family calling my steaks “literally the best they’ve ever had”

    1. Season only with salt, pepper and a little MSG before cooking. Skip garlic powder
    2. Cook however you want. Just don’t overcook
    3. While the steaks are resting, season them with onion powder. The finest one you can get, no granules. It should be like dust. Just dust it over both sides of all steaks.
    4. Still skip the garlic powder. Onion will do all the heavy lifting here. Use garlic if you’re basting, but not for your seasoning
    5. Prepare to have your mind blown when you taste your steaks
