THETA to DELTA [ Instantly Fall Asleep ] "Winter Aurora" Binaural Beats Sleep Music

Perfect for reducing insomnia, stress and anxiety. I have composed this sleep music “Winter Aurora” to help you fall asleep quickly and easily. The binaural beats work to alter brain waves and promote deep sleep while the ethereal sounds help you enter a state of deep relaxation.

Designed with custom 6Hz Theta and 3,75 + 1,5Hz Delta Brainwaves [ 76Hz Carrier Frequency ] These “Sleep Zones” can can help you get more deep restorative sleep.

For best results, listen at a low volume while you sleep and use headphones to take advantage of the entrainment effects of binaural beat frequencies on your brain waves.

Thanks for watching!
Much 💜 Zac

  1. Up at 4 am because I drank a matcha Frappuccino a little too late in the night. I always feel so guilty staying up this late & sleeping till 12-1pm. Sigh. These videos are helpful though. I enjoy reading the comments. One day hopefully soon I will have a healthy sleeping schedule… 🤘🏽✨

  3. A bus will run over you, and you will fall off a Cliff , a spider will bite you and you will also fly, but you will be sleeping so don’t worry about it just relax so you get to a dream that you will most likely don’t even remember

  4. There was definitely an ad. Not sure how far in. Somewhere between 5 and 6 hours. A big loud Fry's ad, is what i heard. It was after I was starting to wake up but before I couldn't go back to sleep. Otherwise, this really helped me.
