These Spells Actually Change the Words on Other Cards!

There are some spells in Magic that change the words of other cards, changing how those cards actually work. These effects are wild and can lead to some really funny moments. They also lead to some weird plays that can change the game’s trajectory. These cards also show up in the Dan Dan (or forgetful fish) format so you may have seen some of them before.

  3. artificial evolutionis actually part of the combo to get the largest possible boost from Embiggen. use it on Werewolf pack leader, replacing Human with Brushwagg, give pack leader all creature types wth something like Amorphous Axe, activate its ability to remove the Brushwagg type, then use embiggen to give it somewhere in the ballpark of +60/+60. (I don't remember the current number of eternal creature types)

  4. Crystal Spray is another one!

Change the text of target spell or permanent by replacing all instances of one color word with another or one basic land type with another until end of turn.

    Draw a card.

Big downside being 2B instead of B, but you get a card also
