I don't think there is or was a second Giganotosaurus in Jurassic World. Ingen used its DNA to create Indominus rex but that doesn't mean they created that particular species. In the Indominus rex genome there is a whole bunch of DNA from various modern and extinct animals including Therizinosaurus. If there was another Giganotosaurus created by Ingen for the Jurassic World theme park after its destruction, the animal would have gone to live freely around Isla Nublar along with the T-Rex, with which we have already seen that it cannot coexist. There are 2 movies and a whole TV show dedicated to Isla Nublar and Jurassic World and IF there was a second Giganotosaurus or the Biosyn one was caught like Rexy from the old park it would have been known. 6 kids have spent months on this island, then a "rescue" expedition is sent to catch dinosaurs for sale, and no one has heard of the Giganotosaurus. Dodgson may have taken the DNK of Giganotosaurus, Therizinosaurus, and possibly other species from Nublar to create them for his sanctuary, only improving the technology, and thus the Biosyn creatures seem paleo-accurate compared to Ingen's. Giganotosaurus DNA probably still exists and could be cloned again in the future, but I think that there is no second Giganotosaurus.

Yeah it would make sense for there to be 2 gigas since Ingen actually worked with biosyn to illegally create dinosaurs like spinosaurus, corythosaurus , Ankylosaurus . So giganotsaurus could have been on that list of dinosaurs. By the way the thumbnail looks fire. I can see the Ingen giga in the thumbnail has a shorter snout, different pattern , and different eye color

Looks like there was 2 gigas in Jurassic world ingen had giganotosaurus dna which is cool I guess that explains why there’s a green one and I feel bad for the black one in the biosyn sanctuary but it attacked rexy too much and the therizinosaurus stabbed it but it’s one of the coolest dinosaurs and the green one is out there because ingen has the giganotosaurus dna let’s hope the green giganotosaurus from Ingen lives and becomes a great survivor! Another reason this could be true, is that the Indominus Rex was part giganotasaurus , so they would have needed a giganotasaurus for the dna to add into the indominus
I'm just gonna say that just because InGen had some Giganotosaurus DNA that they used for the I.rex that doesn't necessarily mean that the said DNA was complete enough to clone a functional organism with it. Also in Dominion Dodgson says that at Biosyn they have figured out how to clone basically pure dinosaurs unlike the ones in Jurassic World whose genome had to be filled with DNA from modern animals. And the Giga in the movie has the same appearance as the prologue Giga which leads me to believe that the Giga that we saw was indeed a Biosyn creation. Ofcourse that doesn't mean that this was the only Giga that they ever created and it's also completely possible that other companies could have cloned their versions of the Giganotosaurus but I don't think that there is convincing evidence that Giganotosaurus was cloned by InGen in any point in the timeline.

well yeah jurassic world HAD giga but dr henry wu evacuated all the genomes so he could have taken them with him to dominion.
It's actually not ingen anymore it is Masrani unless Ingen created it back on Isla Sorna before Jurassic Park.
Also the giga model looks really close to the acro model in warpath Jurassic Park I just noticed it.
