I wonder if instead of using it to solve the Cyphers if you can put in some of the Cyphers and potentially see if the AI can guess what type of Cypher it may be and potentially could spark interest in them again 🤔
I can get behind using AI for solving stuff. AI should be used to help solve and fix problems, not replace people.
I think the real test is to use confirmed solved ciphers and input them into chat AI 3.5-4.0 (When its out)
The thing is….these cyphers dont matter anymore. They would be cool to know back in 2015,2016, 2017 but in 2023 doesnt matter because the Aether is gone. We only have the Dark Aether now with the CW lore.

I assume the reason it’s saying things about zombies is because I think it’s an ai that uses open learning. Most people speaking to chatgpt about ciphers are probably asking about zombies ciphers, so it learns about zombies to attempt to answer it.

When the one guy asked ChatGPT to write an essay on why it COULDNT solve ciphers, it gave him that. It could do the exact same thing if he asked why it COULD solve ciphers, because that’s what he asked for. 🤦♂️
most AI are just taking prompts are trying to create stories as if the prompts are mystery stories with the given information
what would b intereting is if the actual coders that made the ciphers for treyarch went on chatgpt and put the cipher in and could definitively say whether or not its on the right track but we all know that they wont
