  1. Ive always found world war 2 as a whole such a bizarre period of human history. Ive heard what i can only describe as some of the most insane and out there stories coming from the time period. Its always struck me as possibly the most bizarre period of time in the last 500 years.

  2. I’m currently deep cleaning my dorm room after coming back from fall break to find stink bugs on my blinds and window, and this is doing a WONDERFUL job of keeping me occupied while I’m cleaning.

  3. the bubonic plague operation would have been disastrous back then when they didn't have many antibiotics or treatments but as science progressed we would have eventually gotten rid of it. there's actually cases of people catching it to this day but it's pretty much under control.

  4. This is a really great iceberg video. You have a talent for historical narrative and understanding and a sense of depth and place. Keep it up!!

Re D9 — so the Germans' idea of super-soldiers was essentially Breaking Bad. There are reports of German and German-allied soldiers taking meth.

Additionally, if you can keep up this level of focus on each entry, I'd be so interested in a full series. I'm learning a lot and as I said, your skill at bringing these events to life and the research you've obviously done is worthy of a full treatment for the rest of the series.

  6. I DEFINITELY want to see a Part 2 of this iceberg. Your coverage and analysis of WWII is extremely interesting because of you covering points of the war that are very important but very rarely even mentioned in documentaries and the history of the two world wars. There is so much more that could be covered and I can very much tell that you realize this and have chosen to absolutely not go down the path of least resistance. You plow right through the very interesting and important events of the war and that makes for excellent content for we viewers, just as all of your videos are excellent content.

So I know that you will make a Part 2 that is quite good if you decide to make a Part 2. I will be waiting for it with bated breath.

This Part 1 video deserves so many more views than it has garnered at this point. I'm puzzled as to why it hasn't been viewed MANY more times than it has been. History is extremely interesting and you cover it in a way that very few do and you give the more obscure but very important events the attention they deserve, as well as the more well-known events.

Thank you for all of your hard work in producing these videos. ✌️😁

  7. Literally just watched Schindler's List yesterday and really wanted to know more, so an iceberg chart for my broken zoomer ADHD brain popping up in my feed is really cool. Thanks lol
