  1. I agree with this whole list, but I honestly believe the true detail within all of these levels are within the challenges. Ik it would’ve been a difficult and long vid to go into so this list is pretty solid overall

  2. I'm really not a fan of the Source, honestly. I've been going through and finishing the featured contracts, and it is ALWAYS a Bangkok- the Source contract whenever it's got 12x bs complications and 5 targets you gotta eliminate with a sponge, toothpick, and a freaking muffin. Those kind of ruined the level for me

  3. What I really like about Dartmoor is how the tone and the atmosphere match the mood the whole place. All the family is gloomy, the fact it is lifeless makes it seem like everything is wearing out which is what is happening to Providence – it feels like it is nearing its end and the oldest of the partners, the person who has seen it all unfold, is the final partner left.

  4. My hot take is that Berlin is awful.

    The club is so dark that I feel it’s hard to see, and it’s just annoying and boring to look at.

    Combine that with the first playthrough’s gimmick of not knowing who is your target, and I despise this map.

    The gimmick SOUNDS cool, but in practicality you end up just wandering entirely randomly until you happen on someone saying a suspicious line. It’s so painfully unfun to me. By far my least favorite in the trilogy. I’d rather do Colorado any day

  5. Damn, you like Berlin? I always thought it was a bad idea to do that, until they could do it right, meaning being hunted by other agents. Here they are practically normal security – it was a big letdown for me. Made it seem like 47 is the only competent agent in ICA.

    Not mention I hate they killed Grey this way in the story (also wasted opportunity), but that's another story…

  6. The argument you make about Diana talking too much is a very valid point, whenever you find intel you can read and observe the hints given in the level yourself, having Diana just does at that for you which makes it too easy trying to figure out what’s going on. It’s as if IOI thinks the average players are not capable of figuring thing out for themselves which is literally the whole concept of playing hitman, and that we need someone like Diana constantly telling us what’s going on, it’s like a feature you give to a blind person.

  7. Too be fair you can poison Ken's food at the very beginning of the mission so you don't have to really worry about him throughout the rest of the mission, I was also able to snipe him from,I believe Agent 47's room, Although it' might've been a different one. This method is obviously not as good as the first on theough as you have to wait for him to be in your line of sight and everyone around him sees his death.

  8. i spent probably 2 hours finding a way to assasinate ken morgan but the disguise i was going to use was compromised literally everyone was suspicious so i just knocked his bodyguard unconscious and broke morgans neck it was simpler that way 😅

  9. About allways knowing who is spotting you – you should try to play without direction indicators, or maybe even dots above characters. That way you will have to be way more cautious. Without instinct, and theese UI features it is allmost like a different game.

  10. I disagree with a lot of the tierlist but I obviously accept that it is your opinion, just goes to show how you can't really tell if something is good by listening to other people, everyone has their own opinions

  11. I'd have some minor quibbles with a few, but mostly I agree. The two standouts where I find myself disagreeing are Chongqing and Isle of Sgail – and I'd basically use your same reasoning with my ranking, but with the locations switched: I find Chongqing confusing, random, and disjointed, and Sgail as more interesting and tightly tied together and easier to navigate and keep track of where I am.

  12. Thats a good point about the narrative. The story in this trilogy was pretty awful in most regards. It felt like half the villains were just right wing this, right wing that, right wing extremist that. It felt like the writer’s only experience in any political intrigue was watching MSNBC for a week straight.

  13. I'll admit I skipped to the end, since I want to go play Freelancer, but I mostly agree. I've not done 100% on the Hitman 3 maps yet since I've been doing other things so I have less knowledge about those ones, but in my opinion:
    Isle of Sgail = C
    Colorado = Special Mentions
    Marrakesh = B/A
    Mendoza = A, maybe? From what I've seen, although I haven't seen much I'll admit.
    Berlin = B/C
    Whittleton = A

  14. Great video, even though I somewhat disagree with many of your takes. Mainly on the H1 maps praise (My favorite is 2) and Paris in particular being S tier. I think Paris is a fine map, but definitely wouldn't say it utilizes all it's areas fully or in interesting ways, even compared to much bigger maps like Mumbai, Sgail, (Santa Fortuna?). Still I really enjoy the debate around map sizes and balancing world building with tediousness/replayability, and the way you compare the trilogy to older titles is cool. Also IOI for God's sake fix the lighting
