It is kinda funny seeing this as a kid that picked up the OG Witcher game in 2007 just because "I love dudes with swords".
Hmm, I'm not opposed to Ciri, but I would've preferred a new character in a completely new setting at this point.

alot of big words that need to be proven with actions, any release earlier than christmas 2027 means the game is rushed and crap
Imagine choice based consequences in action RPGs going as deep as sacrificing a limb to save something or someone and having the core gameplay of character movement and fighting style effected in a major way.
Real fans were expecting to play as ciri. Im down!

Either I can play a male character in first person view or I'll never ever play this. I'd even rather play Garfield and Garfiled was incredibly bad.
I can accept the female lead if the writting makes it work, but it rarely does (which is my issue with it, not the strong female in fantasy thing)
My journey ended with geralt. But I'm curious to see how well this game does
To be fair, CDPR delivered above and beyond with Cyberpunk in the end. They have my full confidence in delivering again with this great series and a super hyped new Witcher trilogy!

Looking for to this game, but please CDK Project – Keep the integrity of the Witcher series. Please don't mess it up like Naughty Dogs did with Last of US II.
I disagree with saying she's way younger, she doesn't portray that well in the trailer. She looks old, emotionally damaged or insane. Not a bad design choice, but i call it as i see it.
Don't forget. The developers mentioned this is for a new audience. Not for the witcher 3 fans
