As the story unfolds, so will the back stories. After watching two seasons, it left me wanting more.

The Iris character/actress is what made this show unbearable. I couldn’t stand this “that’s so Raven/walking dead” mashup. All the other characters were decent though…..just not Iris.
Silus reminds me of a young Daryl, who also started not believing he was a worthy person.I think he may have killed his dad. Maybe his dad caused his mom's death. Ta ta till next time🙋
The second season is far superior than season one too
I really didn't mind this show. I enjoyed Silas and some upcoming characters A LOT. Silas is by far my favorite though.
Ofc you can't compare it to a main show… thats the point of a spin off it's not meant to be the main show
what ever happened to her in TWD main show? after rick vanished i never saw her again, i assumed magie was with her and thats where she was the whole time, but then she had beef with the common wealth so i assumed thats where she had been messing with them, but i never did figure out what happened to this chick who gave them thhe book of old tech to rebuild, then the last few seasons happened and nothing lol
Silas is a great character. You'll get more info on him. I liked all the characters but I do think Iris was miscast. The actress is fine but she didn't really fit the role for me.
Rob and Trin, in case you aren't aware there are after credit-scenes in episodes 1×04, 1×06, 1×09, 2×05, and 2×10 of the series.
On the surface, these kids have embarked on a crazy journey but what have they left behind?
Pay attention to the physical condition (appearance) of a certain member of the core group as they travel this great distance, struggling physically to fight and survive, and with low rations (starving). I found it counter realistic.😅😂 ha, now they have to keep watching to the see it.

Silas was transferred from Omaha to Campus Colony since is a satellite comunnity of Omaha.
Campus Colony has around 10.000 inhabitants and Omaha around 100.000

There are some elements to this show i actually like. The crm stuff is mostly good. I like elizabeth as an antagonist and huck is a well written character. The kid thing was just annoying
I’m glad you both are sticking it through ! A lot of the main point of the show is that the characters do not know how serious, how dangerous and how impossible their journey seems. So you’re right on the money for thinking this! Keep watching! Love this show !

Episode 3 was really good. I’m glad the characters are growing on you. This show has some great comedy. Silas’s backstory will be revealed later. Also we finally got to see where the CRM live, 200,000 people there! Crazy!🤯
honestly, i enjoyed the show. i just watched it and finished up in about 3 days about 2 weeks or so ago, started it up i think the day before you posted your episode 1 reaction after finishing up fear. i think people just compare it to things like the original walking dead and fear which are better in my opinion and say they didn’t like it or it wasn’t all that good. but i have enjoyed everything to do with the walking dead, some are just better than others, i said the same about fear when i was younger watching twd because it wasn’t the walking dead and stopped after Nick died cause he was my fav and just started back up after catching up and refreshing myself with y’all’s reactions.
I think you're judging the show quite fairly! I agree that this was the best episode so far. I loved the hints at character backstory, and that CRM scene at the end was the most revealing bit of info about them, which was really cool!
I agree episode 3 is the best out of the first 3. The show starts off slow but gets better with every episode pretty much. And I don't think it's a bad thing. Some people might say it is but imo I'd rather have a slower start and get to know the characters and the setting than the other way around.
Up to episode 3 Elton,Felix and Silas became my favourites and I didn't mind Hope and Huck. I only disliked Iris which seems to be a universal thing.
All in all I enjoyed S1 of this show and will be starting S2 shortly and apperently it's even better than S1 so I'm all for it 🙂
