The Ones Who Live had just premiered and I think it’s first episodes absolutely incredible. Now if you’ve been following the channel for a while now then you’ll we used to cover the walking dead religiously. Like a lot of you I feel like the show died and then it stumbled around like a walker for a while.
Sure it was there but it wasn’t the same and because of this my interest in it dropped heavily. However I think things did pick up towards the end and in those final seasons I found a lot of enjoyment. The spins offs were pretty solid too but there wasn’t anything that made me really feel like the old days were back.
I was kinda like well the walking deads dead…but then you go do something like this…and totally redeem yourself.

I have to hand it to them this episode made me realise how much I missed Rick and after watching it I just had to talk about it.

What i like about this show at least in the first 2 episodes, (cuz yea, the second one leaked, it’s out there) is the visible budget increase, with this project initially being prepared as a film trilogy back when Rick left the main show. That first episode looks like it’s ripped right out of the initial movie that they’ve planned, is that good and I’m really hyped about what’s coming.
I fell off watching TWD after Rick was gone, and have this ep a shot. Wow! Great first ep
Keep bringing us these TWD videos weekly Paul! I know you can do it. Hell, if Rick can cut his own hand off, the least you can do is put out a weekly video on the series. 😅

Even though i'm not that well versed in the lore of the more recent walking dead stuff(although I am working on it), the crm is giving me major enclave vibes from fallout. I would not be surprised if they are revealed to have some pre-outbreak connections or perhaps even have a direct hand in it's spread, kind of how the enclave in fallout directly lead to the creation of mutants while being a remnant of a super secret american shadow government pre-apocalypse.
I’ve watched all 3 spin off shows now and apparently every boss is female in the zombie apocalypse. Every single one. Who would of known 🤷🏻♂️

If this was just about Rick I'd be all in but after the 1st episode was Rick's story the 2nd episode is going to be Michonne's story and I've always found her just an insufferable twat. I was really intrigued by the guy Rick was working for but they blowed him up real good. Now after this upcoming episode it's all gonna be our loving couple. Yuck! Hope the dead win.

So far SO good, butttttt HOW MUCH better would it be if Michonne had killed Rick in that end scene.
We DO know why Omaha was bombed, the CRM realized it would never be self sustaining. That’s what they said in The World Beyond and this show I believe.
I think the episode heavily forshadowed Pearl Thorne killing Rick at the end of the limited series.
