  1. The mum did it. Child abuse. Jonbenet might urinate her panty that night and that enraged her mother, Patsy. She probably hit her head hard that she passed away. So, she staged the crime scene as kidnapping and murder by someone who "apparently knew" about her husband's exact earning.

  2. Thanks for the insight. I’ve only started watching your podcast. I remember the case, but it was many decades ago. I thought she had disappeared and they didn’t find the body, but now I know she was found in the wine cellar.

  3. I still say Burke did it. He threw a temper tantrum and hit his sister maybe not intending to kill her, but it did. And then the parents couldn't cope with losing both their kids in one fatal swoop, so they covered it up, set up a fake crime scene and wrote a ransom note.
    Thats just my opinion.

  4. Top Notch Deep Dive. The only thing I can see going forward is Burke's deathbed confession. Siblings are rough and awful to each other sometimes. I think Burke did hit his sister. It was bad enough that the Ramsey's knew they couldn't report it. More injuries could have happened afterwards to create their ultimate narrative. If my daughter was killed I would 100% cooperate with police and wouldn't necessarily even be thinking about lawyers. If this would have happened to a poor 6 year old girl it would not have nearly the amount of press this had.

  5. This channel has such great videos. I wish the scene had been better secured it seems like it was completely compromised, I understand why they didn’t prosecute but still

  6. Its stressful, when you have a party to go to and are leaving in the morning for a trip. She peed herself, and the mother probably struck her too hard, and then the family spent the rest of the night figuring out what to do.

It explains the weird underwear situation, the child having urine in various places, and that stupid note written by mom.

I think they had hoped to play it off as a kidnapping/disappearance, but the father slowly panicked that someone was going to search that closet, and decided to “find” the body.

Listen, when you’re rich like they were……an accident happens, and they immediately go to, “Well are we going to throw all of our lives and wealth away over an accident? Who will care for our son and his future?” Probably took them all of 30 seconds to arrive there.
