Even with China’s rise, the US remains the most powerful, with three times the wealth and five times the military strength. Its advantages extend to geography and demographics. Thus, the US’s status as a global hegemon seems secure.
But what if the US faced the world in conflict? Could it still win?

You guys have overlooked the most important factor in all of this. People. The population of the US vs the rest of the world is insignificant. The global population as of the time of this comment is 8 billion people. The US population is 334 million. The US is outnumbered 24 to 1. They aren't going to win a long drawn out conflict. They can't want for the same reason the Germany couldn't ever have won world war 2.
A lot of this is Wrong
1. Russia alone has more Nuclear weapons than the US add on to that China UK France Pakistan North Korea etc
2. GDP and Military Spending does not equal better look at Afghanistan (with USA/Allies or Russia in the 80's) or Korea or Vietnam also a lot of Military spending in the US Just disappears or goes to dead end projects!
3. Without the world US makes very little essential goods all on its own and no real markets internally for what it does create on its own!
4. USA does not dominate Cyberspace as the US gets owned several times a year by group's mostly in China North Korea and Russia.
5. Without the world and their US or Shared bases the US forces will run out of resources very quickly (Food, Fuel, Medical Supplies, Personal, Weapons etc!) and too resupply at sea or beach heads under constant attack is dangerous and slow.
6. Without Australia US Base outside Alice Springs they are blind in this half of the world also Australia 🇦🇺 has over the Horizon RADAR that covers most of the side and that is all Australian Built Run and Owned
7. USA has bigger navey but can not take on all the world at once especially with China 🇨🇳 involved
8. US has biggest airforce but good luck getting 1000+ aircraft overseas with just airborne refuelling (Especially since most refuelling aircraft are now decommissioned!) and carriers with no land bases outside continental US except Hawaii and Guam more or less.
9. Stealth is not impossible to target
10. USA can not make more advanced tech without Copper, Gold, Fabs, Capacitors, Resistors, SoC's, GPU's, CPU's etc even if USA designed most of it can not make it themselves at least domestically.
11. With South American, Russian and Middle East Oil and Gas the world will be fine but Americans would feel the punch just like in the 70's
12. Most Factory's are in China but even India and the like can gear up for war much faster than the US can with more people and factories to produce weapons, and vehicles and ammo
12. USA is in 35+ Trillions of Debt if the US lost world reserve currency status it would collapse overnight internally.
13. Most US Advanced weapon makers have to redesign or completely build new weapons as no one makes the parts for the existing ones any more!
14. USA even with conscription has nowhere near the people needed to take on just China nevermind add India Africa the rest of Asia into the mix nevermind the rest of the world
15. USA is not hard to invade people do it everyday and they can not even stop unarmed people doing it with cars or on foot with suitcases how they gonna stop armies with tanks and plane's (try invading Australia 🇦🇺 then you will understand a true natural fortress nation!)
Gotta say I don't think America would have unlimited money in this case… Seeing how nobody would be doing business with USA
Warfare is different these days, a country cam have big arsenal of modernized weaponry but still can fail to subdue a nation, look at Vietnam, Afghanistan & Ukrainian for examples.

In this scenario Europe would be one of the US’s major adversaries, and we all know this scenario is pretty much impossible.
Now remove Europe as an adversary and make them a strong ally. This combined force is what Russian bots think they have any chance whatsoever against.
It really makes me laugh when I see people seriously debating Russia vs NATO… Just allow Finland alone to join the war and help Ukraine and Russia already has its hands more than full.
A united world cannot really be beaten, would turn into a stalemate once easy to grab land is taken.

As an American, it is safe to say that it is literally asinine to assume that the USA would win or stalemate against the other 200 or so countries. Not to forget how polarized America is currently and the fact that America’s economy is currently in a disastrous crisis.

US would not be able to hold Mexico due to it's huge size and China's demographic crisis and lack of trade with the US would overtime kill there whole economy leaving only Europe and countries that can't project much power outside of their borders. China's economy tanking would inhibit there manufacturing capabilities. US economy would also tank but it would still be somewhat intact, Europe would also be fine unfortunately for Europe there so far behind in overall military spending that they wouldn't be able to protect there oil supply leaving the Middle East easy pickings (Europe relied heavily on US logistics for Iraq, Iraq 2 and Afghanistan). Iran is the critical factor if Iran can swamp the middle east with missiles then the US would have to abandon any attempt to conquer Saudi Arabia however the US could still destory Saudi oil fields with stealth bombers and starve the rest of the world's economy into submission. The rest of the world is strong but most of it's oil is located far from it's consumption centers like the middle east. Most of the rest of the world's economy is also located in the middle east. Russia could provide oil and gas to Europe but US could do precision strikes on Russian oil and gas pipe lines leaving sea transport and truck transport the only viable option for Russia to Europe unfortunately the US could blow up or hijack Russian oil shipments to Europe or the rest of the world. The US could also commit the largest war crime in Human history by destroying the three gorges damn with a stealth bomber wiping out the Chinese interior killing 10s of millions. China in this scenario is honestly a joke they look formidable but can easily be avoided and choked to death, Europe's chronic dependence on middle eastern oil would represent there down fall as well. That leaves Latin America central asia and africa which the us wouldn't be able to conquer as insurgencies would make vietnam look like a joke and you can't take and hold unfavorable terrain far from home if no one wants you there.
Verdict : Stalemate US population would probably suffer a catastrophic decline in standard of living that would lead to a long term decline in the economy that would cause massive unrest and eventually the population would get fed up and chaos would happen not before the rest of the world's energy shipments are annihilated or greatly restricted choking China and Europe off critical resources. (oil refineries could be destroyed by stealth bombers and aircraft) without oil you can't drive planes and tanks no matter how much you hate uncle sam. Whilst America has plenty of oil for her own needs and can easily secure more via force. Though that still doesn't stop the service and trade based economy of the US to collapse and needing to source virtually all manufactured goods at home. The US can easily present the global coalition with such a nasty fight that it probably would never form in the first place.

They would just shut down their trades with the country and isolate it. Wouldn't take much time after that to collapse under it's own weight.

Don’t think the USA could “win” such a scenario, but certainly depends on the definition of winning. The rest of the world absolutely can not win, no matter what they do. The best case scenario sees the nuclear obliteration of the USA and some pockets of survivors able to survive in the dead planet.
As much as people like to hate on the USA, they really don’t give us enough credit how much we support the entire world even when we try to tilt outcomes in our favor. Yes we can be exploitative, especially of the global south. But people seem to not be able to comprehend the horror if we went full on Joker mode.

I think you are underestimating the ability of the United States to project power, especially in its ability to deny other countries ability to operate in vast areas of the world. However the question in the title is "Who Would Win" and the answer to that is nobody. The US doesn't have the population to physically occupy the rest of the world, and the rest of the world doesn't have the ability to project power over the US mainland. I think that what would happen is a stalemate would occur that would destroy the world economy and probably cause the whole sale collapse of governments world wide.
The US would most likely be on the defensive at its own doorsteps within a couple of years.
