Der Eisendrache glaze is insane. Not a hater of it like CJ, but c'mon pipe it down with the excessive lauding. It's the textbook definition of mid and predictable and derivative â so much so Kino would blush.

In what world are maps like Ancient Evil and Zets on the same level as Shangri la. Take nostalgia out of ranking. Also Alpha and Blood are solid maps.
Was fun watching despite quite disagreeing with a good amount. Like to me Verrukt is an S tier map to me. My favorite WaW map. The atmosphere. Intensity. Such a fun map.
But I am very much a WaW and Bo1 survival focus zombie guy.
I still despise BO2 zombies. BO2 zombies almost made me fully quit zombies. The only Bo2 zombies map I like is MotD and even then it is tedious enough especially with Pap that I never replay it solo. BO3 zombies I played the shit out of The Giant until Der Eisandrache released and was way more fun that SoE.
Also Moon is the best zombies map still to me.

I would make the exact list but put ascension, shangri-la, moon, the giant down a tier, Iâd put zetsubou and citadelle des morts a different tier between great and good. I started playing during bo1 but man nostalgia has got you guys- just how you guys react. my reasons for changing those bo1 maps are that they lack variety and have flaws⊠a lot maps have these but these donât particularly have a better compensator than what other maps have, the flow of gameplay feels less than der riese and buried- not even talking about the creativity those two maps have, when it came down to it it came down to comparison and thatâs where it became more apparent to me.
I can convince anyone dotn is top 5 map easily. DOTN GOAT

I think an important note on Kino vs Der Riese is the player count for the WaW version. The # of people who bought WaW dlc is probably puny compared to BO1 total sales. So many more ppl had access to Kino and built memories.
I randomly only bought Shi no Numa as a kid with limited $ so seeing PAP and teleporters on kino was my first time and mind blowing
I was literally thinking it would be weird to see a zombies tier list without Lex reacting, low and behold heâs here đ

Kino in good? Bro you guys have lost it. Iâd hate to be so absolutely entrenched in any of my hobbies that I canât even have casual fun with them anymore. Kind of feel sorry for you guys lol itâs absolutely a goat map even if youâre too hardcore into zombies to enjoy it.
Origins was the first map that really made me love zombies. I only ever dabbled with zombies before that, but when I found the staffs and the easter egg on origins, I was hooked.
And then shadows and der eisendrache after that were legendary experiences for me and my friends.

This is a GREAT tier list ngl I would only change Citadel Des Morts to âGoodâ, Alpha Omega to âWhyâ and Blood Of The Dead to âCan't have funâ

I'd play Mauer Der Toten 10 times over Zetsubou No Shima, no hate AT ALL over Zet, but meh, just a random opinion of a random guy in the internet.
