  1. 43:44 yoo I remember playing that as a kid. Here in Argentina the lyrics were something like this:

Juguemos en el bosque, mientras el lobo no está //Let's play in the forest, while the wolf isn't there
Juguemos en el bosque, mientras el lobo no está
¿El lobo está? //Is the wolf there? (Me estoy poniendo los pantalones) //I'm putting my pants on

It would repeat a few times until the wolf answered "Si está" (Yes, he is), then everyone had to run away and hide (?) If I'm not mistaken.

  2. 40:20 I think the original crawler design was much scarier than the one we got. They looked a lot more feral in the original. Like feral humans. I think that alone makes them scarier. It reminds me of depictions of the Wendigo

  3. That children in the woods and the wolf game from France reminds me of "What's the Time Mister Wolf" we did in school. One kid is the wolf and turns his back to the other kids who ask what the time is, the wolf would then aay a nuber and the kids would take that many paces towards the wolf. This would keep going until the wolf thought they were close enough and yell "dinner time". Similarly, the kid not caught then becomes the wolf

  4. According to myself, the first actual EE Song was called "WTF" on Nacht Der Untoten, whenever you interacted with the radio on the desk next to the mystery box, you could hear the song that you can also hear in the Nacht Der Untoten loading screen on BO3.

  7. There was actually a pseudo music EE on Nacht der Untoten. In the box room, there was a radio you could knife. The first knife turned it on and every subsequent knife switched between 8 different tracks

  8. The Paris map was original Moon btw, In interview these developers talk how Paris Eiffel Tower was the "starting ground" and youd have to get lighting bolt to strike on top of Eiffel in order to power the teleportation

  9. 43:03 it's French, i remember hearing it as a kid. Odd choice for a Japanese map

Essentially, you're supposed to sing the beginning part until you reach the wolf's reply, then start over again, with the idea being that the wolf puts another article of clothing each time until finally he's ready to go out

  10. That Nacht cutscene and loading into the round still gives me the chills. The laughter and music just sends me way back to when I played WaW and was so confused with the Nazi Zombies text but also shitting my pants when it just threw you into a match

  11. 43:14 This unlocked a childhood memory, back when I was younger I listened to this exact song in Spanish “juguemos en el bosque” which translate to “let’s play in the forest” was indeed a game of ring around the rosie/ duck duck goose played between parents along with my cousins and me and we would play the part of being the kids who wondered in the forest and an adult would play as the wolf, that song was indeed erie, I remember having nightmares because of the lullaby
