We went for the first time last September and we had a great time. However, the party exclusive merch was sold out within an hour and a half, the best treats were also sold out before it was even dark out and Pirates of the Caribbean was closed. There were also not nearly as many characters out as they claimed would be. We are going again this year and it looks like it’s going to be better so I hope it is.
I loooove MNSSHP ❤️ This is going to be my 10th time going on my trip next month and I’m just as excited as the first time I went all those years ago 👏 I enjoy dressing up, the ambiance, the trick-or treating, the spectaculars, EVERYTHING! It’s definitely a must do if you’re down in Disney around Halloween time!
I went last year 2 days before Halloween and I thought it was pretty fun and cool. The fireworks display, being able to get on rides while everyone is gone and also candy by the barrel was well worth it! I wanted to go again but I'm already going to Oogie Boogie Bash on Halloween night.
I put in a t-shirt order on August 2 and have not received shipping info. Emailed twice but got no reply. I would love to have these for my trip on August 23😊
Wow, using scoops to distribute candy at the treat trails- that’s genius! Here at DCA for Oogie Boogie Bash, they literally give you 1 piece of candy- maybe 2 if you’re lucky. 🤦🏽♂️
Video says loaded sweet potato fries at the golden oak outpost is available only during the party – blog post says it’s available during regular park hours. Any clarification? Sincerely, a sweet potato enthusiast 😋
I'm going Oct. 19 I got my ticket as soon as they went on sale. I'm bringing my own bag to get more candy. I'm not meeting any characters. I sure hope it won't be crowded or rain. Last year in Oct, for a week it just rained about an hour in Magic Kingdom. I hope in the evening it won't be too cool. Heat doesn't bother me too much. The event is actually 5 hours and not 4.
We went last year. There weren’t anything close to the amount of Halloween treats they have this year. We went in September and it was still filled to capacity so just so many people! It was difficult to find a spot for the fireworks to see the castle show. We enjoyed the parade and stage show but after the stage show they didn’t put any lights back on so it was pitch black when everyone was leaving their spots for the show and i tripped on someone’s empty stroller! We loved the real pirates in the Pirates ride. Seems so much more fun this year though with all the extra special food items and characters which we didn’t see too much last year since lines were very long.
@dfbguide Thank you so much for the great info! I was just having a little trouble getting the guide to the halloween snacks. I filled out the email/name info that pops up first. I’ve confirmed my email and received the email entitled “Your Spooky Snacks Download is Here.” But when I click on the link in the email, it takes me to a page that says it’s $12.99. Not sure what I’m missing. 🤷🏼♀
If I have a day ticket to magic kingdom and a ticket for the Halloween party, can I ride Tron twice that day using the virtual que? Or is virtual que limited to once per day? I am essentially trying to ride Tron once during the day and once at night.
Was not worth the money for our family. Disney once again selling too many tickets. Couldn’t get into Haunted Mansion due to the longest wait times (not possible with young kids and no LL available) after waiting all week from it being closed down, so disappointed. Also didn’t see anyone else with nearly that amount of candy. Spent half an hour in line just to get coffee. Space Mountain kept having issues and was down half the night. Honestly the crowds weren’t very different from a normal Disney day. 🙁
My wife, myself and our 5 year old really liked this Not So Scary party, we had a blast! We even made it into your video! Lol 😂 i was like whoa there we are! Lol
Waiting 3 hours for a 2 min interaction with characters. Seems like such a waste of precious party time to me. Just my opinion though. To each their own
Definitely a one and done kind of party. I’ve been to it more than once now and feel like unless you really care about getting a ton of candy..you don’t get much for your money. I get it special shows and fireworks and characters. Just has never seemed enough for me. And I feel like they sell way more tickets than they should. Back when they first started these I feel they limited way more and it was a great experience. My advice: if you are spending money on any after hours or seasonal event..make it Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! At least that you get cookies and hot chocolate and a beautiful atmosphere. Plus it’s a way cooler fun evening!
I love Disney World ♥️❤️🎃🎃❤️♥️

Please do one of these for Oogie boogie bash at Disneyland. This was so helpful

2025 is when my friend group is doing this party! So far away but So looking forward to it!

Im sorry a Elvis Stitch? It should of been MJ!
Great video! We are headed there over Labor Day!

I have a better Halloween coming T02 code-named nemesis. And I can't wait for this haunted house. It's gonna be the best one ever.
I can’t imagine paying to go to that party and waiting 3 hours for a character. The party is great but wow people. Wow
Thank you DFB for this awesome and informative video! Your experience on ‘all things Disney’ is definitely acknowledged and is much appreciated! 😍
How can I get vegan candy at the party?
I loooooove MNSSHP 🤩🤩🤩🤩
it's looking like every night of the event will be 100% sold out soon. I highly doubt there will be any room for rain checks
So excited! I love Halloween and my birthday is a week before. I've dreamed of going to this party since I was a kid. Finally going this year.
The real question is do they give you the good candy or the cheap candy no one likes
Food looks great!
I really hope they still have the spirit jerseys for Sept! I’m going Sept 4 🤞🏻
GOING OCTOBER 1!!!
I'm definitely a morning person so a nighttime party for me would be a waste of money. Love the purple on the video.

Can anybody who went to the first party tell me what time the party exclusive virtual queue for Tron goes live? We'll be there next week.

The Boo Bash was a bad value for your money.
Mickey’s Not So Scary was super fun and you got much more value for the $$$

I went in 2021 when it was Boo Bash. I had a good time but MNSSHP looks even better.

SO you do not have to have a park ticket if you have the party ticket if you go after 4?

If I will be in the park since open, can I get in line for any character meets before the official 4pm start time?
No mobile order 🙁
I’m going next month!!! Thank you!
