  1. Hi there, I bought one electric dyhydrato but I can’t get the same texture as I see what’s commercially available in the market. Any vegi or fruits I put in dyhydrator becomes much smaller but like 🥕 slices.. beans.. peas.. how to retain the same texture? What’s the science behind it? Pls advise.. thanks 🙏

  2. A very well constructed video. I am planning to buy a food dehydrator specifically for vegetables and fruits, but ultimately my concern is the duration of time needed to dehydrate these things. At 12:57, I understood that you mentioned roughly 24 Hours for the dehydration to take place and this is for fruits (apple). I am now re-thinking of buying the dehydrator because at first I thought it was only like 2-5 hours for the process to be completed, I had never imagine for 24 hours duration which completely made me turned off to buy it. I guess now I am inclined to just use the traditional way of enjoying my food. Haha. I thank you for this video. Now, I had made my decision.

  3. what temp and time would you dehydrate for coconut meat? i tried drying it for 62-65 Celsius for 3 hours.. I only use that temp because i observed the texture of the coconut is very good. However i have yet to observe how long it stays fresh. Any suggestions? thanks
