  1. So true. Yet, it is so hard to admit how much I personally have f….d up because when I admit to all my faults, the rest of the monkeys pound you down even more. Taking full ownership of how much I messed up it hurts. It is not easy to take how “ugly” your behavior has been and that to live with the consequences: i let my stress ruled my life and would overreact and yelled at my children. I was a mess, a “bitch.” Well, now they go not even call me or want to be around me. I have apologized and changed my toxic patterns, yet is too late now. It is easier to stay in denial and continue blaming others for what happen to us, because the remorse you feel is overwhelming.

  2. Pleased to hear this today. ☺️ May I just add that not all communities allow individuals to operate within its tissues as independent units? Co-dependency is the best/only way forward to be accepted and sometimes this is meant for people to have relationships to specifically procreate. Without such standard been met, certain things do not happen. It is interesting to put to people where I live the reflections of expert, but the impression I get is that they feel they cannot deviate from it all. These constants and variables are currently not factored into the information readily available online and the language of the experts’ contents is often targeted to the individual who is invited to avoid depending/co-depending. All this pitched against backgrounds where certain rules are upheld, can be very confusing because the information seems clear but it can be impractical, not actionable or even dangerous to propose to people. Mindful consideration of these aspects can only be a good thing for everyone. Thank you.

  3. If you want to see how quickly society can devolve, just witness how some people became during the pandemic. The very people who love to claim virtuosity were the first ones to turn against their fellow human beings.

  4. If our brain evolved slowly and not in stages, we would have nothing to stick to as normal or lay the groundwork for. Our brains have finished developing from physical reasons (aside from growing older). We're developing the rest along with Earth and/or with meditation.

  5. Exactly! this is humanity these days such a superiority complex they all seem to have. They’re just flesh and blood that’s it! They’re not made of steel they were born and they will die. Superiority complex based on what? The athletes are superior to the average human being but the don’t carry on like the rest of the population. I’m a long distance swimmer 🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️but I’m humble as. I think again they’re parents conditioned them since birth and brainwashed them to feel superior. God hates arrogance and ignorance that’s of Satan.

  6. I'm sometimes called (passive)aggressive for saying my opinion in writing. I never use " you are statements" but I set boundaries, for example no cat sitter if she refuses to show me her ID in the beginning. In my opinion, things like Insults, projections are traits of narcissism not codependency. Codependents give advances exercise control but don't take revenge just because someone said no. I also think it depends on some extra factory, like a country's mentality and big cities differ from the mentality on the country side. For me, it's rather narcissistic society than codependent one. I've been working 15 years on my codependency so I can distinguish such

  7. Well I didn't climb out of a tree or the jungle. I was created by GOD. I am human and have made many mistakes and have paid the consequences for my actions. We all have sinned and will continue to sin yet we ask GOD to forgive us and HE does. Then we choose to change our bad behaviors and work at having right behaviors treating others like we want to be treated. The Golden Rule works if one chooses to use it!

  8. Humility, self-reflection, compassion, empathy, selflessness… "We" won't/can't evolve as a species when most of "us" don't even believe in those concepts, let alone put them into practice.

  9. logically, if the person you are projecting onto is also hiding their dark side just like you, which they are, then its not unfair. It might be slightly inaccurate if their dark side differs from yours significantly, but what you call projection is just recognition of the reality. What the fuck is fairness in this context?
