The True Story of Hitler’s Escape or Death – War Against Humanity 136

Joseph Stalin claims that Adolf Hitler managed to escape Berlin and is now living somewhere in hiding. It’s complete nonsense of course. But it raises some interesting questions. What remains do we have of Hitler? How do we know they belong to the Fuhrer? And, why is Stalin spreading these far-fetched lies?

  1. I wonder what would Hitler say on all those conspiracy theories about his death. I know that I would be in disbelief and cringe while finding out about it, haha.

Btw, Hitler artwork on thumbnail reminds me of Pazuzu from The Exorcist

  2. This whole story of claims and counterclaims and lies would be laughable if I didn't also remember how terrifing it must have been, particularly in the waning days of the war and right after the surreneder, to not know the exact truth, without a doubt. I do wish they'd caught him alive though. Talk about the trial of the century…

  3. I like how Spartacus does the full German pronunciations..Imagine youre a German Panzer commander.."This is Tiger battalion 505!We need emergency fuel supply-our recon has a way to destroy Zhukovs headquarters!..whaddya mean you used it all to burn the Fuhrer?"

  4. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Nazi hunters were relentless after the war were they not? There's no chance he would've gone undetected anywhere in the world, even if him escaping was plausible in any way.

  5. If Stalin wanted confirmation of Hitler's death for himself, he could have just arranged a personal visit to Berlin to see the remains for himself, with Hitler's personal dentist and Soviet confirmation.

  6. I'm a Boomer born '55. By mid '60s I had read Shirer's two books 'Rise and Fall of the Third Reich' and 'The Rise and Fall of Adolf Hitler' as well as Chirchill and Eisenhower. Just think how grammar school kids love dinosaurs today, that's how I was about WWII until I discovered GIRLS (but that's another story) I am trying to think when I discovered the Soviet disinformation plots. That would have been in the 1970 as I was preparing for college. I remember the female corpse story and followed the post-Soviet documents releases that confirmed what was IMHO solid speculative forensics without the final "bridgework" story.
It's fun to look back at how my understanding of these events differed and changed over those years.

  7. What an interesting case. I remember in the 1970s, there was still strong debate on what happened to Adolf Hitler. It's up there with D.B. Cooper, and other VIP disappearance cases. Always figured, this was one of those files, that would still be classified, long after the standard 25 years of the window of declassification, would pass. I would have expected Hitler to get out of Germany way before the end of the war. Time Ghost Army…you almost had me reach for my tin foil hat here. hehe.

  8. Have you seen the film Greywolf? That will definitely change your views somewhat. It’s a great film, regardless of whether you accept the conclusions it puts forth or not.
Dr Mark Felton is right that the bodies outside the bunker, are definitely not Hitler’s and Eva’s. All the evidence is overwhelmingly compelling.
But he’s wrong that they were buried elsewhere in Berlin.
The most rational, logical, parsimonious and simplest explanation, is that Hitler escaped the siege of Berlin. His whole regime was founded upon lies layered upon more lies. Deception was his game and he prided himself on trickery and showmanship. Every aspect of his personality profile, screams that he would do such as escape his gruesome end. But to stage it for the ultimate finale to his reign. To deny his bitter enemies their ultimate revenge and justice. That would really scratch his narcissistic itch.
Dr Mark Felton does painstakingly go through, all the evidences at the bunker in Berlin and the bodies, over a whole series of videos. He really put in a great deal of work, so I have to credit and applaud him, although I disagree with his conclusion. Bc burying the bodies elsewhere in unmarked graves makes no sense at all. They would be discovered eventually, someone would trade that knowledge in for a bargain deal with the Allies. The news story alone would be worth millions and it would be impossible for everyone involved to be silenced.
Someone would know something, even a small morsel of knowledge about the general area and no expense would be spared to find them.
Besides that, it would be equally logical at least, to do as the history books said happened, and given the circumstances infinitely more practical and appropriate.
Plus taking the bodies to another location would be risky, both for the safety of the undertakers, with bombs falling and allied soldiers running around, and the risk of the bodies being captured en route, or at the burial place. With all the panic, commotion and dangers involved, it just doesn’t seem at all plausible.
The bodies were switched, I agree with Felton about that much. Just not the reasons for doing so.
Switching the bodies for other dead bodies, would put everyone in danger of being tortured for information and punishment if discovered to be lying.
But switching the living Fuhrer and Eva for dead bodies, is a logical reason at least. And it could be done with less risk than the alternative, to the rest of the surviving Nazis in the picture.
Perhaps Goebels arranged everything and was put to sleep so he couldn’t reveal the truth?
There’s many indications for that concord with the possibility that Hitler and Eva would escape and none of the evidence, directly conflicts with this hypothesis.
When you carefully consider, all the strands of evidence that Dr Felton presented in his videos and combine them with the hypothesis, presented in Greywolf, it’s a very compelling argument.
Ultimately though, there can be no absolute proof. So we’re allowed to believe whatever we want to believe and that’s where lays the trickery and showmanship.
We all want Hitler to be dead and mutilated, bc that’s our internal sense of morality and justice. So it’s all too easy, to be blinkered by our ideals, and reality just doesn’t work that way.
I remind you of the old saying, “Truth is stranger than fiction.” And what could be stranger than a Houdini escape?

  9. I’d believe Linge’s testimony that his body was buried in a common grave where the Chancellery once stood. Many bunker occupants have claimed that the Youth Leader Artur Axmann was carrying a small box containing the Fuhrer’s ashes, Artur was charged with continuing the movement after the war ended as a resistance or underground movement. I have a feeling that box exists out there in Germany still.

  10. Lie! Hitler escaped Berlin and rode on the back of the Loch Ness Monster all the way to Brazil – there he teamed up with Bigfoot to hunt for the lost city of El Dorado! I know because Dracula told me in an exclusive interview: and you wouldn’t call Dracula a liar, would you?

  11. Everything is a Conspiracy now.
If the powers that be wanted to hide the truth from the people, the internet would've never been allowed to become widely available to anyone with a computer, tablet or Smartphone.

People forget that the internet was developed for the US military in the late 1950s and early 60s as a fast easy and efficient means of relaying orders to Frontline Commanders in case of war.

People are paranoid and this there's this sinister dark group of powerful people plotting to rule the world when they already control it.

The truth is actually more frightening than the Conspiracy. Our planet is actually run by incompetent people who are too ugly to make it in Hollywood and too stupid to run a Fortune 500 company.

  12. Has there ever been conclusive evidence of how Hitler killed himself in that moment? Did he just shoot himself, or did he shoot and bite into a cyanide capsule at the same time?

  13. I have it on good authority he purchased a time-share in the Amazon and his share was sold to Jim Morrison who bought it because he got along with the other occupant, Elvis. But hey, at least the History Channel has something beside Nostradamus and Ancient Aliens to keep the high IQ viewers captivated.
