I mean seems simple it's far easier to rescue 1 person at once than 5. So why can't I preemptively pull the lever then rush over and untie the single person?
I would switch and here is why The one-person track curves; it will take the trolley more time to reach the victim. There is a strong possibility, the switch controller may have enough time to push the victim out of the danger.
I would try to stop the train. So i would get a helicopter that would attach the train to itself and make that helicopter fly into air No one would die
The tram may already be going to the ONE person ! How do you know the directions of the tracks already ? You don’t . How does the middle person know which direction the lever is going to take. Also, the driver may have seen the DILEMA, and stop.
nop I won't do anything lol if I save those 5 people then I am murdering the other person, because I am making a conscious choice to kill him in order to save the other five.
if this train would have killed all 6 of them if I had done nothing, then I would have interfered and chose to save the 5 instead of the one person. But the way things are, the train is gonna kill the 5 people regardless if I do anything. if I save the 5, then I would be getting involved and make a choice in killing that one person. In cases like that, I just let fate decide.
if I don't do anything, that's just their fate and I have nothing to do with it 🙄🙄🙄 Millions of people die everyday, 5 more isn't gonna change anything.
I would flip the lever to the 1 person then drag the 1 person off the track.
Do some good old multi track drifting, no witnesses
Use the Brake
Not Gonna Pull It "More People More Blood"
Pull it half way so it gets stuck on the track

Well, obviously we should leave the lever. Kill 5 people in one punch.
It’s so obvious I don’t know how any doesn’t get it…. You have to pull the lever so hard that the trolley derails and kills every living soul inside….
Let fate decide… who am I to decide who gets to live or die

Fuck it!! Kill the 5 and shoot the other one, we're too many already 🤣
Do nothing because if I pull the lever I become a murderer

In this situatuion…..i will stop the imagining ☃️😂
You look like Paxton Hall Yoshida from Never have I ever 🤩
Has the trolley have reverse 6 is better than 5 🤷🏽♂️
You sacrifice yourself, you jump in front of the trolley in hope it stops
The problem is the question. Why are we only given the option to make 2 choices, while it seems so many variables have yet to be considered?
If the lever can put the train on the 1 person track , then perhaps ..
a. it can be used to overturn the train ;
b. jam the train ;
