I actually liked Open Country, just a shame it got dropped. Played Rust console during the beta and that completely put me and the clan i played with on PS off. It had so much to live up too and will never get there

Despite how bad Metal Gear Survive sold, I actually did enjoy it for what it was. I even got a few friends the game and we all enjoyed goofing around on the multiplayer. To me, personally, it isn't about the gameplay. As long as my friends can enjoy playing something with each other, we don't mind spending a few bucks.

Put GreenHell on this list, in Coop the game is unplayable. Like all Survival Games on Console except Grounded & Dont Starve.

Conan exiles needs desperately a total AI rework. The AI in that game is laughably bad to the point that I'm starting to think about do they even have a specific programmer for it if there is in my opinion he is not doing his job correctly.
I agree with most of your opinions on survival games, why is pvp always classed as a survival mechanic in these games. I believe the Developers could be more realistic in there designs of survival games. ( ie. Serious injury , illness, infections, contamination, disease and perma death )
I have never really classed Conan as a survival game, but that is dependent on the server you choose , a Vanilla official server is more survival focused, but many many private servers skip basically everything survival by boosted XP , Farming Amounts, no night times or even drop on death turned off , so effectively there is zero survival or consequences .when you can get to max level in under an hour.
I have always classed Conan of more of a base building game.
7d2d console sux compared to pc but I'm still having fun just wish there was turrets n electricity etc… hopefully one day….
