Walaikum Salaam. Dear Sheikh, Australian Muslims say that mortgage is necessary, and so they acquire Riba to purchase home. There are sharia certified Riba in the name of Islaamic finance. Muslims are flocking to get the Riba certified finance. Priority to the majority of Muslims in West and Australia is house and not Allaah. Exceptions are there but in a few numbers. AlhamdulilAllaah, for guidance, the biggest blessing and mercy I got from reading Quran with meaning and following the sunnah of our beloved property khatimmin Nabi Sallalhualaihiwassallam. Some preachers are selling Islaam, too.
May Allah SWT make the time we enter the grave easy on us and may Allah SWT only take out souls when he is happy with us
