Hmm, you mean to tell me that the giant ball of hydrogen gas in the sky that comprises 99.8% of all mass in the solar system has something to do with the weather, heat, and survival of this tiny planet located roughly 90 million miles away? Hmm, who'da guessed!
Although it's beautiful, I do not consider it a pretty sight. It's a large solar flare that we've never seen before or at least in my lifetime and could be a sign
Its not just the flare… Its the magnitude of an associated C.M.E. and the integrity of the earth's magnetic field.
And also, the polarity of the CME, the orientation of the Earths axis of inclination, the magnetic coupling of Earths outer EM fields to other celestial bodies at the time, the speed and energy of the solar wind, etc etc. It's not just the flare itself… But interestingly, it is worth noting the intensity of the geomagnetic response given the degree and scope of Sols energetic output. Indications have the geomagnetic responses becoming greater for lesser energetic outputs as time* has progressed. *Time as in respect to a timescale of the last 50-100 'odd years or so. And particularly the last 10-20 that we have had dedicated space probes tracking the data. (Until the raw data of most usefullness was stopped from being processed into readily accessible media and openly released to the wider public for general information purposes. Now you have to dig for it, trust your source, and/or be an expert in several fields to acquire the same data in the same format/interface.
Norway 12:20am 5/11 all HF radio bands 160 thru 10 meters are completly dead vhf and uhf are ok but that is only very local 40 miles max without repeaters
A solar flare powerful enough to knock out power would be surreal.. Imagine that you're just scrolling on your phone in bed and all the power goes out. It seems that your phone suddenly died and you have to fumble to find the flashlight that also doesn't seem to be working either. The streetlights are out, and the only thing illuminating the city scape is a brilliant red display in the sky. From what you know of solar flares and the potential existential threat it is to our digital age, it slowly dawns on you that the world will never be the same. In an instant, we've been thrown back an age without any warning. I hope I never see the day we get a Carrington event level CME. There's nothing we can do but small attempts of preparation for the worst
Not one solar flare. Seven CME's were released in a period of 24 hours after SEVEN solar flares. The impact of which is causing a geomagnetic storm of class 5 which hasn't happened in around twenty years here on earth. Arguably a 'First', I have never heard of such a thing before. CME's are normal, seven of them is not. This will have great impact on the planet and storms as the atmosphere will be excited by all the incoming energy/radiation/particles. During this week an Earthquake and volcano watch has been put out.
The biggest concern here is not the sun however, it's the failing Magnetic Field of the Earth. Total overall shield strength is down around 25-30% and digressing every year. This means we are in turn taking in more energy and particle penetration than we should be from events once considered mundane or not note-worthy. What we are witnessing we have no control or influence over. Stay inside during red auroras. Thank you, have a good day o7
For the past 4 years solar flares are keeping increasing. It might be an indication of massive devastation waiting for us. Just like in Turkey a massive earthquake hit .
I don't have a comment rather I have a question. If light travels from the sun to earth in only 8 minutes then WHY is it taking solar flares to reach us in days instead of minutes seeing as they travel at the speed of light? Can you say HARP? We are being lied to about something.
What happened to the FOURTH AMENDMENT in this country? "Casting Giant Shadows of Mass Penetrating Force" well, I don't believe that's going to "STICK" on a ball of hot gas such as myself. You get out of life what you put into it, stop putting it in, it won't come out!!
I really hope that Sunspot AR3664 is NOT going to become 10 times bigger as it rounds the far side of the Sun as it is right now! That would mean that this sunspot would end up being the size of about 150 Earths! A sunspot that big would probably have the ability to send a HYPERFLARE, which would immediately burn to death anyone and everyone caught outside on Earth's dayside! It would be just like in the film, "Solar Crisis"! This burning to death would happen because it would, for several minutes, make the Sun shine perhaps TEN TIMES brighter than it normally does!
This burning would occur about a day before the equator-reaching aurorae and worldwide blackout occur due to the extreme shower of solar particles.

3 days of darkness is finally here.
so, we are gonna all die π
Power of the sun, in the palm of my hands
We have a wonderful show in Cape town about
three this morning. Afford saw similar in Australia
Itβs the fake sun
This will be used as pretext to crash the grid. They announced a plan for a weekend in may 2024, last year i believe
Is this the 2025 one everyone was talking about?
We saw it here in TN!!!
Itβs a G5 now

Guys itβs not cap YouTube is not lying
Kaiju and ultraman
Reporter look like Angela white
Its a Solar storm
Great ! One more thing to worry about! When are we out of the woods >? Thurs? Friday?
That white girl can get it

Solar system evolution event is happening right now.
Our brains and hearts have electric magnetic fields.
A month after cern test we should all be worried
northen lights B)

I dunno but she seem happy about the solar extreme solar storm.
That is the last day of the world sign, end is near

I'm so mad that I've learned about this too late. I missed all the beautiful northern lights last night! π
It s bad sign
THANK YOU-

What a crock
It's means Jesus coming back very soon amen

Any1 got extra static electricity iv sparked so many times over the past couple days lolπ

Can you say HARP?
We are being lied to about something.
We've seen northern lights in Hawaii. We're MUCH further south than Alabama'
π¬π§ seen the northern lights
Anybody have a grip on the estimated duration of this solar activity?

LEAVE ME ALONE
What about 2025 solar maximum?
It happen or not ? π’
