Today, we explore the intriguing transition of Sun and Mars into Sagittarius, where they will form a square with Saturn, recently turned direct in Pisces. Often perceived as challenging, these aspects—Sun square Saturn and Mars square Saturn—tend to raise concerns, but we’ll delve into why they may not be as daunting as they seem. We’ll uncover the often overlooked benefits and positive significations of these transits, challenging the conventional views of Saturn, and offer insights that could provide guidance and a fresh perspective for the week ahead.

  1. I needed a pep-talk this morning. It's the last 2.5 weeks of the semester. I have a massive term paper to produce and turn-in, with an important final on the same day: meaning 50% of my grade determined on 1 day (December 6th)… I have to dig in… I woke up with dread. I need the enthusiasm and endurance encouraged by this talk!!

  2. Hi Adam! Been easing back into programming here as time has allowed and have appreciated your approach to how you address the videos. Looking forward to joining the community via KS after first of next month; now that things allow for me to do so. Cheers!

  3. As someone with Mars and Saturn conjunct in the first house, I am here to witness and affirm what you’ve said here. One of the most beautiful explications of the year for me; thanks Adam.

  4. Sun-Mars square Saturn, what more will we need to keep our wild horses on a short leash?

With natal Saturn in House 1 square Sun and opposite Mars, it's the story of my life.
Saturn square Sun gives a constant feeling of inadequacy, nothing is ever good enough; Saturn opposite Mars often acts like a car hitting the brakes while the driver wants to accelerate.
The good sides: Saturn keeps an impulsive Mars in check, trains patience and endurance, searches for the learning in every life situation.

  8. Once again, you articulate so many thoughts that have been on my mind lately so well. It’s funny, I was just giving thought today about the way social media has changed commercially. How it affects consumer habits, and how much influence it has on society as a whole. It’s not always a bad thing, but it can be, and can have destructive consequences— but at the same time, it can be used positively too, as long as people try to maintain awareness. Your description of Sun square Saturn reminds me of my experience with the transit 100%. Even though I was truly miserable the whole time, I have become much more empowered in my autonomy after going through it. My ego and vision of having an “ideal life” were beat down, but in enduring despite those blows, I got a much more real, grounded, centered sense of myself and reality that I am so thankful for. And now on the other side, a better understand that, as you say here, hard times will pass and the sun will come out again if I can be persistent, humble, and patient. I think this is an interesting reversal of Saturn’s counterpart, Uranus. Both Saturn and Uranus have such an important relationship with time. Saturn is like the endurance of an age, whereas Uranus is like the emergence of a new one. We have to bare time with the ability to endure it at its own pace, which can be hard to do, because we can’t really control it as individuals. There will be times things seem endless, and times we feel frustrated things are coming to an end. If we can work with its crosswinds, and see the value in what they can teach us, we can make the most of them as called for.

  10. I met a guy that is familiar with sanscrit and he says that graha doesnt exactly meen "grabbed", he said "greha" means "tribe" or "home" and a plural form is something like "grema" meaning "village" or "group of tribes" and he said "graha" means to be "added" to a tribe, or "adopted" by a tribe, or "kidnapped" by a tribe, so i asked him why he thought that "graha" applied to astrology (hes not an astrologer), and he said its like finding out your a pisces for the first time, you realize you "HAVE" a tribe, a pisces tribe, one distinct tribe, that you will always have a kinship with regardless of other circumstance. So maybe that is "turning the jewel" of the idea of grahas as "grabbers?

  11. #grabbed – Sun & Mars square Saturn – I was fired from my job yesterday & the cold I had finally fought off came right back. I had almost no emotional reaction to being let go because I know that what is for me will not withhold itself, so I just know that there is something better for me. I have taken the opportunity, being sick at home & unemployed, to do some serious work on my website & get clear on final steps that need to be taken before my business can thrive. Oh yes, and my car is not working, which makes me in-home massage service extra hard to offer. I have been responding with pure surrender & opening to the wisdom… recharging after travel & being very social… I am practicing patience. The restraint I feel is absolutely serving my highest good & I give myself over fully to the Divine 🙌💖✨

  13. Hi there! Why are you not making an Intro with visible division so that we, who hear you every day and still not study with you, can skip to the beginning of the real message? You have to admit that it is for some people too mucht to have to hear your selling, every time and every day and quite a loss of time? Please do something!?

  14. Saturn conjunct my Mars and squaring my Moon.
Mars in Cancer and Moon in Aries is challenging as is, let alone with Saturn in Cancer thrown in the mix.
But then again every chart has challenges. I do feel like an orphan though, with cptsd / painful issues with both parents and a stepparent that did a number on me.

My mantra keeps being "I am my own Mother/Father" but honestly with such warped modelling I am not sure I even know what does means/entails.

  15. Thank you Adam 🙏 I actually like to watch your content because you describe the archetypes from different perspectives (instead of emphasizing only the exciting side of a story). This way I learn a lot about astrology and I actually observe more subtle expressions of the transits ✨🍁

  16. We have this situation at work, where a consultant position has been advertised. Several of us from the same team are applying for the position + other from the team are on the hiring committee. At the same time we are all on the same course in our professional skills, which runs over a few days. The situation is intense and raw, no one can say anything and there is nowhere to hide – crazy 🫣
