During the 2007 NFL offseason, the Tennessee Titans put out a statement saying that the Dallas Cowboys could not hire current Titans head coach Jeff Fisher. The weird part about that? The Cowboys literally never even inquired about Fisher, and had no interest in getting him to be their head coach, making this statement seem completely out of nowhere. Dude, I was around then. There absolutely was a lot of rumors about Fisher going to the Cowboys ala John Gruden. They had every reason to squash the rumors.
Fisher had a good coaching career going until he got with the Rams and never did anything of note with that club.

I was a season ticket holder in Houston before the move and when I got my renewal notice in the mail for 1996 it included a letter from Fisher stating that the goal for 1996 was "continued improvement". Unbelievable…if you're goal in the NFL is less than winning a super bowl each and every year then you're in the wrong business.

The only thing I can think of is a reporter asked about the Cowboys coaching opening, if they were interested, etc, got the answer from the Titans front office….and then fully omitted the context. Beyond that I have no idea wtf they were thinking
At the end of day Dallas went 13-3 lost to the Giants lol who won the most obviously rigged super bowl in history. The NFL is rigged for sports entertainment gambling and if you think this shot is real check your head like the dead people elected!!!!
