Menya Itto is a popular ramen shop in Tokyo and is consistently ranked on Tabelog as one of Japan’s best ramen. You can also enjoy it in Bangkok at Gaysorn Tower (Level 3).

Signature Chashu Itto Tsukemen – This is not your typical ramen but a cold dipping noodle. The cold noodles are served with a condensed soup made from chicken, Japanese dried fish, sakura-ebi, fried Hokkaido scallops and braised for more than 18 hours. The end product is an ultimate umami thick broth, which you should not drink on its own. The right way to eat it is to dip the cold noodles into the thick broth. This style of ramen is different from what we are used to, but once you try it, you wouldn’t want to have it any other way.

Chashu Shio Ramen – This is authentic Tokyo-style ramen using thin noodles in a clear “Assari” chicken soup flavoured with dried seafood, Japanese sea salt, and scallop oil. We love the clear consomme-like broth that doesn’t lack wholesome umami but was also easy on the stomach.

Gyoza – The gyoza here is done on point, a good complement to your ramen.
