I think the changes are going to force singed into more of a tank role rather than a damage role
You and every Singed OTP should use the Resistance Singed skin to boycott the changes. thats what im doing on PBE and i changed my name accordingly. watching your vid yesterday was painful because I could see the passion in you about Singed. Hope all turns our well. Love, JBug

I just wanna talk for a second about Rito champ design. Ezreal, right? Super mobile champion, gets a free flash, q spam, global ult, AP/AD scaling, W goes through creeps and sticks to towers and champions, etc. You know why Ezreal is 200% less bullshit than Smolder? Smolder should have been dead to rights at 18:34. Not only did Smolder immediately react and dodge away (bullshit range, btw), he also cast damaging bullshit while flying away, just to come back and MISS his skillshot by a mile.
Couldn't do that bullshit with Ezreal. If you W mark someone, you have to go IN with your blink or HIT your skillshot. 200 fucking years of game design.
Either is a rework or someone in Riot really hates Singed

next patch they are reducing unending despair cooldown from 7 to 5 seconds. that means liandries' burn which is 3 seconds, only missing 2 seconds to keep the fire running,. so with some ability haste its doable 🙂
