Really good GM watches what happen on the table and adapt to the situation made by his players and bad one just says no you cant do that and you loose because I am a GM.

I'll save you 10 minutes. Joel is the "Game Master" dev. He has the role of choosing what major orders take place, alongside the daily activities, and what planets the enemy's attack. He can also reinforce planets, give out the free stratagems, and other stuff that hasn't been shown.
This entire video is basically filler with one actually tweet of importance which he just reads with an annoying voice. If you ever want an example of what NOT to do as a YouTuber, this is a great video.
