Story timeline is messed up, the human fleet was 38 hours away but the swarm was 47? How did they arrive before the humans?

Dark swarm needed 47 hour to reach the colony … intercept for humans was only 37 hours .. how on earth did dark swarm arrive first ? Stuff like that is so stupid.

Good 12 minute story, hindered by 24 minutes of repetition. No need to tell the story 3 times.
If they can create a shifting maze why not crush the Dark Swarm?
Give us innocents to protect and a noble cause to serve and you will see all of humanity's worst traits transformed into a force of good for All.

If raised on a lower gravity planet the offworlders should uniformly be cold world adjusted if oxygen tolerant. The only reason the Earth has oxygen is because of the gravity and strong magnetic field keeping it down. Mars for example cannot be an oxygen oriented planet. It is very light in gravity, which allows little attraction for the oxygen high and near space, and it lacks the field strength needed to stop the sun from stripping the oxygen from its upper atmosphere and sending it streaming off through interplanetary space in its trip out of the solar system. To keep oxygen even they would need to be much further away from all that radiation stripping it off. If it had a strong magnetic field… maybe it might keep some where it is. It doesn't have our gravity to keep it down, but at least the radiation is weaker out there and a stronger magnetic field might be enough to protect it a bit more against the radiation even with the lower gravity. Its cold though. Much colder out there.
