The Sombra Rework was a MISTAKE (Overwatch 2)
With the Overwatch 2 Beta introducing many DPS changes, you’d be forgiven for not realizing that Sombra was among that those. But that is something that most support players had to learn the hard way.
The Sombra Rework made her even more of a menace to deal with for a roster of support heroes that, until the end of the beta, hadn’t seen many buffs or changes at all.
So I was curious: Could I, as a Zenyatta One Trick, just pick up Sombra and start spawn camping supports myself?
Needless to say that my Sombra Gameplay wasn’t gonna come close to that of competent DPS players but hey, if there are highlights and funny moments to be had, I’m willing to make a fool out of myself. Enjoy!

The only good thing that came from the beta closing, is not having to deal with the new sombra and doom. I do think they are balanced but just annoying to play against
I ran out of air but I’m here none the less
You know I'm so happy that I'm so trash at this game, I didn't get placed in matches with people who can actually aim. So the the new Sombra was never really a problem for me.

Sombra is a perfect example of a hero that should of never made it past the development stages of overwatch.

I've been trying to think about how Sombra can be changed to different. What if instead of the damage boost with the standard hack, it shows the victim's ability cooldowns, how much until their ultimate, and their remaining ammo until they need to reload. This way, it will be Sombra stealing private information instead of just a self-damage boost.
Sombra is still pretty annoying but no where near uninstalling your game for six seconds annoying

i havent played against the new sombra personally but she seems like shes going to find novel new ways to be even more annoying now that she hits harder and can hack WITHOUT FULLY DROPPING STEALTH-
