this is very good, good on you all there.
There wouldn't be a housing shortage for our vulnerable members of society if the government didn't keep flicking off state houses cheap to their investor mates and instead spent the money to do them up top meet the current rental standards.
This is so cool. I love this for people who cannot afford ridiculous rents now. I sold up and I live in tiny house now. Love it

There would be no need for this amount of social housing if NZ wasn't such a nanny state, that doesn't pay its workers enough in an over expensive economy to live in……
