  1. I think making the Titan the new Enterprise G was a letdown. I think an enterprise ship should be the best ship Starfleet has to offer and that's not the Constitution 3.

  2. I actually think that the weird underslung secondary hull on the Intrepid looks fine aesthetically. It's cool even. But yeah, one does have to wonder how practical that would be if that's where the warp core is. But, it's not like there aren't already ships that are weird that way.

I like this Duderstadt, especially becaus of this "groth"/secondary hull. It looks kind of an muscle car with an oversized air intake.

12:35 One thing, i hate about Star Trek is the constantly re/naming of ships to Enterprise. It is not the Name, it is just, that i feel like that EVREY ship got named Enterprise. I know that this is not the fact. I still hate it.

  4. I really wish we'd see more done with the Sabre class – I always imagined them functioning in wings of 3-7 ships, patrolling contested areas or backing up a larger ship…

  5. Such a huge rush of nostalgiia when I saw our TNG crew back on the bridge of the Enterprise D, made my geek heart very happy. And Riker commenting "I missed that voice" when we hear the D's computer was a lovely little touch, and a nice way to include the late Majel Barret Rodenberry

  6. The D will always be my favorite Enterprise. I think they missed an opportunity for a funny bit of fanservice by not putting some black cardboard over some of the bridge stations. Could've head Geordi rip them off saying "Don't need these anymore" lol

  7. I agree that the rear-mounted deflector dish of the Intrepid doesn't quite work, even before I saw in this video just how werid it really looks: it honestly looks like it could be snapped off. But then, there might have been a way to fix it: if they simply incorporated the Enterprise-F's "neck-thru" mounting style along the pod's length, it might have seemed less odd(?)

  8. My favorite of this season is seeing Spacedock "tank" an armada of such size and firepower for so long! You could see a few ships succumbing to the station's firepower as well.

  9. I have an explanation for the D moving like that. They didn't have to keep people from splattering in the unmanned sections, which was most of it. Then Supercomputer Data could manipulate the gravity and structural integrity fields to make it rip around like it's hair was on fire and it's arse was catching.
