At this point in the journey, the Jewish people have gone out into the desert and are now receiving the Law given to Moses so that they might become a nation of priests to bring God’s blessing to all nations. In light of this, the question for Christians often becomes, “how is this relevant to me?” As Jeff and Bill lead our discussion they try to answer that very question by making connections between the sacrificial system and Christ’s life, death, and resurrection.
