About The Seventh Sentinel
Shadow of the past!

A wizard sacrificed himself to preserve the secrets of magic. Centuries later, the survival of magic is again in question. The key is a young lord whose heritage is tied to the tuatha dundarael, faerie folk who practice powerful earth magic. These secrets are the weapons that Guerrand and Bram DiThon will wield in defending their Art against an old, scarred enemy.

For Lyim, Guerrand’s former friend and now renegade wizard, seeks to destroy the magic that he believes has forsaken him. The final battle will rage across the universe.

The Seventh Sentinel is the final volume of the Defenders of Magic Trilogy, an series by Dragonlance saga author Mary Kirchoff that explores the secrets of sorcery in the world of Krynn.

  1. Good stuff! You mentioned in the vid about your schedule changing soon, and if it's work related I just wanted to wish you the best of luck with your new venture(s)! The DL community is very resilient and loyal and I'm sure will stick with the channel, even with reduced content. I definitely will!

  2. When the power can go out… when cell phones die… when hard drives fail…when flash drives get lost…. good old fashion paper back is forever. I know you reply to all your posts 🙂 You don't have to, to this one… 🙂 I just thought to make sure you know I still watch and support your channel. Use nerds have to stick together LOL. Did the NetFlix show "Stranger Things" get more kids into D&D playing?? Biggest problem to admiting your a nerd and like D&D…. girls don't usually like nerds. LOL.

  3. Another random thought – the series features with a character that created a curse with his dying breath. I like the aspect alluded to in the Dragonlance setting where a creature can create a spell more powerful than they would otherwise be capable of, when dying. I think that would be fun to incorporate as a house rule when role-playing as a magic-user. If they are willing to forego the possibility of resuscitation or resurrection, a player should be allowed one last powerful spell as a storytelling device and memorable death for the character and player. Check here for "Interesting Concept". Check here for "You need to get out more" 😂
