Its stated that the 2nd and 11th Astartes ended up being assembled/added into the Ultramarines. The Ultramarines were granted more troops than any other Chapter. Hence why Abbadon sent Robute to the fringes of the stellar universe, to keep such a grand army far from Terra.
This is almost perfect ..the only thing that lets it down is the use of Warhammer 40k pictures when they are talking about 30k …takes you right out of it …

Correct me if I‘m wrong but doesn’t a chapter consist of only 1000 Astartes and not 10.000?
This would also mean that the 13 Legion consisted of 25.000 Astartes and not 250.000.
